It’s a very nice little spot that feels very safe. The rooms are well kept. There don’t seem to be any staff members to assist you, all the information is sent digitally which isn’t awful but the process of getting the information was a little stressful just because it was all automated

Air conditioning was very weak.

It was a great place for a great price.
Just felt weird that we had to give a 250$ deposit via interact if the room is already 255$.

The window we had was a skylight with no curtain and there was a big crack under the door, we could literally pass our fingers under.

Other than that, the bed was comfortable and the place was clean.

This hotel was super convenient, close to everything I needed. It was clean and I slept well there. Also great customer service and honored the price listed for early checkout even though they’d raised them since. All in all, great for what I needed.

It was secure. Well appointed. Close to street cars going in all directions. Comfortable bed. It was too small for two people or a large person. No windows. Not as clean as it could be but adequate. Missing outlet covers..new perhaps some items not quite finished

No elevator made it terrible for my daughter and her 2 infants.

We enjoyed our stay. Close to downtown. Excellent communication with fast response times. Very clean.

Had a very comfortable stay. The room appeared clean and well maintained. Everything work. Air conditioning very quiet. Slept very well compact but very nice bathroom.
There was occasional noise from other guests coming and going in the hallway, but that’s unavoidable given the limited space available. Overall, a very positive experience. We will likely return and would absolutely recommend it.

The room was clean and quiet. I did not like the idea of having to e-transfer the security deposit prior to being able to access the property. It was a bit of an inconvenience to have to worry about that. I wasn't allowed to access the building until that, with my ID, had been sent. I prefer when all financial transactions are done with a credit card. Sadly, because of this, I won't stay here again.

Simple, cheap and weel set. perfect for a short stay if you plan to move around Toronto during the day and Use the room only for the night

Very clean, modern apartment.

Some rooms have no fire evacuation path.

Poor communication and service.

I was told to pay secure deposit, Even though there was no mention of it in the page, when I arrived the location. The place is way smaller than it looks. Expedia management sent me a message that late clock out is 10/hr but the owner property told me it’s 30/hr and tried to rob me.

Would never recommend this place or be back

Nice, very small room. Response from offsite service/support staff is slow…

Complete disaster. Despite repeated attempts to contact the hotel we were never given the access code to enter. We had to book elsewhere.

Never use this hotel. Their license should be revoked.

The room was cold and required a space heater. Soace was clean and had all amenities.
