Sketchy place
Pros:

Run down, old, musty. Door could see light all the way around and did not feel secure. Outside was very sketchy with dudes loitering around the parking lot. Very sketchy. It was just my daughter and me. Did not feel safe. We were not even in the room but they refused to give a refund. We left and went to a different hotel that was the same price and much nicer.

Pros:

The staff was amazing. The location is excellent for maneuving around Ft. Myers.

Cons:

The buildings need upkeep. Door handles had been replaced with smaller handles and were not painted. AC'S leaking water on to sidewalks. Bathtub had some mildew around some of the grout. Microwave DID NOT WORK and the interior was missing lots of paint. Please fix the place up.

Not worth the money if you like to sleep in.
Cons:

The construction workers start their shift at 7 AM, and it was quite the wake-up call! The building is quite noisy with all the construction going on.
The elevator does not work and has been out a while, so if you cannot climb stairs, it’s not a good idea.
Also the booking website ask if you would like a smoking room non-smoking or no preference. I checked non-smoking and cannot be in a smoking room because of my asthma, but it automatically set you to a smoking room.
