Stay away at all cost.
Pros:

Only the bed and shower.

Cons:

Had no breakfast, no pool, check was poor, all types of plants on the outside of the building looked like they were selling them to the public. The refrigerator didn't work I don't know about the microwave. And the ice machine was broken. Would not recommend anybody to stay there only if you are there to sleep and to take a shower, also they are overpriced.

We didn’t stay!
Cons:

The owner was rude. We got the hotel room so we could swim in their pool. Online it says they have a pool so we booked. We got there and No pool. Asked for refund and the lady was so rude.

Do not stay.
Cons:

It was very dirty. Sheets were not cleaned, bathrooms with hair, stains all over pillow cases, and old food in fridge and ac unit. The door deadbolt latch was ripped off the door, so it wasn’t secure. I could tell it had NOT been cleaned. So I went to get a refund and cancel my stay within 15 minutes of checking in (per the posted policy) The front desk lady told me she’d cancel it and give me a refund. A month later, I still haven’t received my refund.

Cold and gross
Pros:

That they had a room open

Cons:

The room was filthy, the sheets had stains. There was nasty in the toilet. Its getting cold out, like 25 degrees cold and the heat was not on in the room and the room was cold. The heater in the room barely worked. The 2 chairs were very very old. Looked like someone has kicked the door in. The door was all nasty on the inside.

You get what you pay for – on weekends one just has to pay a little bit more.
Pros:

Bathroom and such appeared reasonably clean and sufficient towels were available. The soap and shampoo had a pleasant scent.
Extensive selection of TV channels. Ample parking.

Cons:

Maybe the area at large is a low crime area. Nevertheless, the building was freely accessible from the street. Road noise was quite neglect-able, but other guests arguing and shouting in the hallway was disturbing. The breakfast is definitely not a strong point. Even though everything but the coffee appear to be cold, it wasn’t available till after 7am - which isn’t ideal if you want to hit the road early.
The pillows on one bed were flattened and it looked like as if somebody took a nap during the day.
Maybe all the good rooms were gone and I should make reservations earlier. I decided around 9:30p to stop driving, and checked in 20 minutes later.

A long hard trip home.
Pros:

We came in after midnight and Ms Patel let us in. She was nice and gave us shelter in a large room with a walk in shower. It was clean and fresh. We were exhausted.

Could not get a key to check in, the person working said the manager would come in and get one but never showed up. Used a master key to let us in the room. No light in the bathroom, had a cord through the doorway to a lamp on the toilet. Supposed to have breakfast, but the table had chairs on it, so hasn't been available for a while apparently. Got there late and prepaid so didn't have much choice but to stay
there. Worst place we have ever stayed. Soap in shower was falling off the wall and cleaner left in the room

The room was not clean; the most uncomfortable bed we've ever slept in; holes in the wall in the bathroom; bathroom light didn't work so they brought a tiny lamp and set it on back of the toilet; had to run the cord outside of the bathroom; could hear people yelling at each other and a woman screaming half the night; the light fixture outside the bathroom kept popping on at all hours; an overflowing garbage can was just outside our room; it stunk to high heaven and was leaking onto the sidewalk; the check-in experiences was also horrible; not friendly staff; a truck parked right in front of the entrance door; we wouldn't have stayed for breakfast even if it looked like good food. We couldn't get away from there fast enough!

Pros:

As we drove up to the building, window AC units falling out of their windows, siding falling off building, pallets of old appliances next to front of office and in front of the separate building. We asked to see our room and he escorted us to that separate building, to view our room. The hall way had a negative odor, huge holes in the hallway carpet and to top it off, the room wasn’t clean, clutter everywhere and half painted walls. We refused to stay and left. This facility should not be included in the Expedia experience!

Pros:

The property was was dirty. The room floor, old chair it had a smell of old,lamp are dirty . The pool omg was empt full with old furniture. I asked for clean towels never got. I went to check out and i was told just leave the key in the counter by an old man. My room was not even ready when check time was at 3 pm we arrived at 3:30pm and was not ready. Then the room they gave us didnt lock from outside only from inside. Then we had to wait again to change room.and in top of that they couldn't charge the card that was given by expedia. I had to spend time on the phone trying to fix the issue that wasn't my issue. We stay there because we had no other choice and it was late to find another hotel with a baby.
