Amazing
Pros:

Outstanding service and personality! I watched Ogwa consistently go above and beyond to make every guest feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. Her attention to detail, calm professionalism, and positive attitude make a huge difference in the overall experience. You can tell they truly care about their work and the guests they serve. A real asset to the hotel and will be coming back very soon.

Clean, comforable and easy access to AmericaMart
Pros:

We were extremely pleased that they allowed us to park before we went to America Mart before check in as well as allowing us to park after check out and the room was clean, comfy and so convenient to us attending the Mart! We definitely will be returning next time we go to the Mart.

Cons:

The added price of parking we were not aware of..but the accommodation of parking before and after checkin and checkout were a nice bonus!

We had a great stay and would recommend this hotel for a visit to downtown Atlanta.
Pros:

Hotel was very quiet. The room was perfect for our visit. Centrally located to everything we wanted to do and see.

Cons:

WiFi was not the best. It was very weak so going online was difficult.

I will most likely not being coming back. It’s a money pit. All about the dollar
Pros:

Staff was not very polite at the front desk. And false advertised online being a complimentary breakfast. Everything out was priced to sell. No complimentary about it.

Good location and we'll maintenance, expensive parking and very limit breakfast.
Pros:

Is nice hotel, well maintenance and with excellent location, closer to atraction, friendly staff and give this rate for a lady at the front desk which are excellent.

Cons:

I don't like your unfair promotion of this hotel in booking. I book breakfast for 4 of us we are a family of 4. Booking confirm breakfast but the hotel said the package in just for two. And be aware is breakfast $15 dollars person, they have a menu if you past this amount which is very easy to do so, you have to pay the difference. ¿how I will leave half of a party without breakfast? So according to the hotel, thats the package, but booking doesn't mention breakfast for two. In another hand this hotel has Parking YES but is NOT free you need to pay and is very expensive!!! And when you walk in the same street you will find parking just across and sheap.

Overpriced motel 6 with a soightly more upscale room.

Great central location.

Cons:

Paint was chipping off the walls, we didn’t have any trash bags for the trash cans, the Tv was in a constant state of “no signal”, WiFi was not secure, and there was only 1 elevator for a 10 story hotel. We had to wait for elevators so long we almost missed the checkout time.

Will stay again but don't like lighting
Pros:

Location perfect to Americasmart

Cons:

No separation from bathroom lighting. When it turns it on, it lights up the room not fun if others are sleeping. Also room needs more lighting in bed area very dark whdn trying to read and unpack.

Comfortable & Nice hotel to stay.
Pros:

We were in town for the Atlanta Market, and I loved how close it was to the building. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the guy behind the bar was so kind! The rooms smelled very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The shower was a little moldy. Around the long drain it has black smug all around so it definitely needed some scrubbing with bleach or some sort. The Bathroom also needs a ventilation system. With a small shower room the steam gets trapped you almost can't see anything, which is why I think the shower was pretty moldy...
