OG made all the difference! Good location. Despite the poop stain, we would book again!
Pros:

Staff mostly nice but OG (Olga?) was amazing! So welcoming and friendly! She needs a raise! I dont know if I got her name right but she's the black girl with the afro at the front desk. Nice room for my family of 3 and was quiet, pool and lobby area were nice. We loved that there was a pool table in the lobby but there was no chalk for the pool sticks.

Cons:

Our room wasn't very clean, as there was a poop smear on the entry way to the bathroom and the shower wasnt very clean. No chalk for pool sticks and not enough food options for purchase in the breakfast area. They had bagels but no toaster, and nighttime staff not super helpful when we asked about it. Dayshift staff were definitely more welcoming and accommodating than nighttime staff.

Pros:

Close to everything.

Cons:

1 customer service is bad.
A. The front staff can't hold a conversation whitout taking to his partner and other customers
B. They offer breakfast to the other customer and when I ask for he say I have to show up in the morning..Just because im not a silver customer
C. My daughter used the pool and some one of the front desk lock the door ..soo we have to walk to the front door...please a less let's know..
D. Shower didn't have champú

The hotel have a nice location, but it’s not worth its price.
Pros:

Location, blackout windows and fridge.

Cons:

There is a lot of noise coming from the HVAC room on each floor, adjacent rooms, noise from outside the hotel and no soundproof windows. The handler of the shower glassdoor was loose. The carpets have not been professionally cleaned since you walk with white socks and they go dark

1. Aunque la reserva dice desayuno incluido no es cierto. Tuvimos que hablar para que lo aplicarán. Lo peor es que eramos 3 personas y nos dieron un vale por 30 usd para todos que alcanzó para un sándwich de huevo y un yogurt. Menos mal el café era gratis. Terrible que tu compres pensando que esta incluido en la reserva y sea publicidad engañosa.
2. El parqueadero No esta incluido se deben pagar 32 usd diarios . Lo peor el check in es a las 4 y el check out a las 11 am y tuvimos que pagar dos días de parqueadero. Para ser un marriot decepcionante.

Pros:

The location was perfect within walking distance of everything we came to visit.

Cons:

The pay to park… I understand it is a common thing with hotels in cities but I think it’s terrible to add that on top of what you pay for the room.
