Nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff in a convenient location to all the local downtown area activities.
Pros:

The front desk staff was one of the friendliest and helpful I have ever had the pleasure to encounter. Her name was Quwa and she was just delightful. She answered all of our questions and made us feel genuinely welcome. Aloft/Marriot has a one in a million in this person. She is definitely the person you want to encounter after a long travel day!

Cons:

The lighting in the room was not great.
You cannot turn on the light in the bathroom without the hall light coming on too. This is a problem when your traveling companion is trying to sleep.
The other is the shower was not well thought out, there is no shelves or cubby holes for and personal items.
The last was the lack of an ice machine on every floor. They are on every other floor and not all were working.

Decepcionante. Boas instalações e localização privilegiada com péssima administração.

Localização e instalações muito boas. Próximo a diversas atrações, metrô (Marta) e restaurantes.

Cons:

Os serviços de maneira geral são muito ruins. O cofre do apt estava quebrado, o serviço de limpeza era péssimo. Era necessário solicitar a reposição dos produtos de higiene diariamente. A cafeteira estava com peça faltante. O café da manhã era péssimo. Na verdade existia uma especie de loja de conveniência com alguns produtos (refrigerantes, iogurte, muffins, snacks) e alguns itens feitos no local. Apesar de termos pagos o café da manhã em nossa reserva, parecia que estavam fazendo favor em fornecer alguns desses itens. Esses produtos não eram repostos e não havia opções razoáveis. O Wifi no apartamento era muito ruim.

Séjour agréable dans cette ville
Pros:

Le personnel était exceptionnel, gentil à l’écoute et surtout très respectueux.
L’emplacement ideal pour visiter Atlanta.
La literie était top en revanche il faudra voir avec la climatisation qui est positionnée très bas et qui donne directement sur la tête.

Cons:

L’emplacement de la climatisation dans la chambre trop bas et donne directement sur la tête et un peu trop bruyant

Great Spot for an Overnight Trip
Pros:

The location and price for this place is fantastic. Plus their outdoor lounge is a choice place to relax late night.

Cons:

The facilities can be slightly damaged. There was a VERY large crack in my bathroom sink counter and upon arrival the internal batteries in the thermostat in the room were totally dead. Luckily staff were able to fix that within 10 minutes.

Less than expected from a Bon Voy property.
Pros:

Had door lock issues both days. No ventilation in bathroom/shower. A/C controller either on heat or cool when needed it on cool.

Pros:

The lady OG who checked us in was amazing! We have a disabled adult and everyone we met went above and beyond to accommodate him. We appreciated it so much we stayed a 2nd night there and forfeited our 2nd hotel closer to where we were gonna be on the 2nd night and just drove the 20min back. Even thought the wnd hotel was already paid for and no refundable. But we are very happy with our stay! When we come back we will definitely stay here again!

Location is the only good thing about this place

Cons:

Over priced, tv selections are terrible(guide didn’t match the channels), wi-fi spotty, housekeeping terrible (made bed, took used towels, didn’t replace them),noisy hallways
