Andaman Breeze Resort -

Staff attitudes are weird (but this is very consistent with the reviews I've read in the province everywhere). For example this is the only hotel in Krabi that:
1) On my last morning on a 4 night stay I was asked by 3 different staff at breakfast for my room number at the buffet to ensure I had paid for it??? It was already all paid on checkin and you don't remember me the other 3 mornings?
2) Another morning the staff asked me not to take my half finished cordial out of the breakfast area? What's the big deal? They have room service anyway.
3) Despite confirming this would be ok before my stay the front desk wouldn't give me a spare keycard we had different members of family so not everyone would be in the room at the same time.... Then when I knocked and nobody was there, the staff took FOREVER to come and open the room up for me I had to ask TWICE. What was I supposed to do?

The parking, although included was always pretty much full. The only spots left are by half parking in the other cars already in the spots filled by resort related vans and vehicles. Realiscially only about 6 spots from memory and the 2 shuttles and some dive van always took up 3 spots already. The other cars were always there for the week so I had to park against a bush or risk parking those cars in.

Hygiene in the restaurant is questionable, staff picking up leftover pastries for the next day and taking it out of the glass jar in the morning with bare hands. Some of the food wasn't fully cooked, the others feel like they just reuse the prior days leftovers for other meals. This was the hotel I got a minor case of food poisoning at and in hindsight that doesn't surprise me. Flies everywhere uncovered fruits. Be careful.

Ants, a real issue. Crawling all over breakfast areas, in the room counter only.

Otherwise that being all said, room felt clean and if you can expect a budget accommodation this would be good.

Good room size. Clean, large bed. Very small balcony. Not enough room for 2. Nowhere to hang wet towels or swimming costumes. Pool very small on second floor. Pics on website are misleading. Mismatch of loungers squashed together in tight space. No shade. No area to walk round pool. Not appropriate for families, children. If you like a nice pool area with lots of space and opportunity for shade thus is not the hotel for you. Good breakfast. Location good. Little bars and restaurants on doorstep. About 45 mins walk to beach. Lots of restaurants and shops on way.

Fint hotel med god service. Dog meget ringe pool område med få liggestole, af dårlig kvalitet, meget lille pool og der var ingen parasoller til at skærme mod solen. Da der er ca. 2 km til stranden ville det have været dejligt med et godt alternativ.

First of all they charged us for a hand towel that we either never got or was mixed in with the bedding. Secondly they do not accept credit cards which make it difficult after you have checked out and waiting to go to the airport and have no bhats left. To me that is poor customer service.

Don't bother, there are better options. The hotel staff is unfriendly, the location is not great and they will nickel and dime u to death. There is actually a charge to take a cup of coffee from the , very limited, restaurant to your room. Also was charged to "clean a dirty towel"??? Friends were charged for a missing hand towel that they literally did not even use. Again, it's a lovely area but this is not where you want to stay.

The best thing about this hotel is that its on a quiet street but at the same time plenty of great restaurants surrounding it. Its own restaurant is great and extremely affordability- I had lunch there everyday. The main bad point is that the beds are extremely hard, its as if there is no matress so keep that in mind. The friendliest staff, especially Toon who was professional and so kind.I used all the services including massage and laundry and everything was super. As a solo female traveller it is important to feel safe and welcome. This hotel did just that! I will definitely stay again soon.

Great hotel! The staff was nice and very helpful. The room was clean with hot water. You can hear what’s going on in the hallways since the wall seems on the thinner side. The pool doesn’t have many chairs to lay at by the pool but that was fine. The walk to the shops/beach was about 15-20min which we were fine with but there’s also lots of tuk tucks if you don’t want to walk. I would stay here next time we visit.

Twin room has enough space and a small balcony. Bed is a little bit hard, but ok. AC was quiet loud though.

Property and staff were great. Beds were hard as rocks. You're going to need a thai massage after sleeping in them.

Great hotel! Super clean, amazing shower, great AC. A little far from the beach but an easy walk and tons of taxi, Tuktuk available.

Prijs kwaliteit prima hotel. Restaurant wat ongezellig, maar opgevangen door eetruimte buiten in tuin.

Everything was above average

Bien. Un poco lejos de el centro y de la playa, pero agradable y confortable. La piscina es un súper plus.

After seeing reviews on here we had managed our expectations however the hotel itself was nice enough (note the hotel is now painted blue instead of the white shown in these pictures!). Although we were only told on arrival that the pool was out of use which was disappointing.

The staff were v friendly, and called up our next next hotel to advice on our best travel option.

The bed was firm but overall the room was a really good size, with a nice balcony, big walk in shower and decent AC.

As said in other reviews the location of the hotel isn’t ideal, with it being 20 mins to the beach/ near the majority of restaurants of which some of is on a hill - however there is Bolt/Grab readily available in Ao Nang which proved useful in the heat!

Not child friendly hotel. Terrible service. Can’t even provide a single extra pillow. Most important they charge extra for children.
