Everything is just too basic, I don't like the bathroom's door. I booked a total of 5 rooms, one room not ready yet, room still messy, I think staff forgot to clean up. Another room air-conditioning got an issue, not cold. Midnight around 3am electricity suddenly cut-off, no electricity supply for more than one hour, lift was out of service ...
