Einfache Unterkunft, aber soweit alles ordentlich und gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Ich war etwas verunsichert, weil einige sehr negative Bewertungen auffallen. Es war aber alles in Ordnung. Auf dem Balkon lag noch eine leere Zigarettenschachtel herum und im Bad waren ein paar Haare, aber ansonsten war alles ordentlich und sauber. Die Küche ist ganz gut ausgestattet mit Töpfen, Besteck, Geschirr, Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine. Es liegt ein Reinigungsset bereit mit Spülmittel, Spülmaschinentabs, Reinigungsmittel, Lappen und Schwamm. Den Pool habe ich nicht genutzt, aber vom Balkon aus sah der ordentlich aus.

Cons:

Die Reinigung könnte ein bisschen gründlicher sein, aber es war schon ok. Insgesamt ist alles ein bisschen abgewohnt. Das Zimmer (vor allem das Bad) könnte mal eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Der Herd ist ein bisschen schwach auf der Brust, es hat ewig gedauert, bis mein Wasser mal gekocht hat. Die Minimaltemperatur für die Klimaanlage ist 25°C. 2-3 Grad kühler fänd ich schon ganz gut. Man kann die Balkontür nicht abschließen. Da man ziemlich einfach vom einem auf den anderen Balkon klettern kann, fand ich das ein bisschen bedenklich.

- Le petit déjeuner (uniquement de la baguette ou pain de mie industriel)
-La literie (matelas beaucoup trop ferme et oreillers beaucoup trop plats. Mon ami et moi avions des douleurs quotidiennes à cause de cette mauvaise literie)

Le petit déjeuner : très léger : pas de jambon, ni d'oeufs, ni de fruits. Aucune différence entre la semaine et le weekend, pt être faire un effort le weekend ou l'inverse.
Un des lits : celui du salon grinçait on a du mettre le matelas au sol, l'hôtel étant complet on n'a rien pu faire pour nous.

The staff were very kind and polite. I really appreciated their service, especially Mr. Adam, who was very helpful and professional. I also liked the location of the residence and the breakfast.

性价比非常高的一个住宿 走路去市区还是挺方便的 主要是有好几道密码门 安全性比较好 而且停车在室外院子内是免费的 正好遇上天气很好的时候 游泳池和太阳椅都很棒

Cons:

Abbiamo speso troppo per ciò che ci è stato offerto. Le stanze risultano vecchie e rovinate. Il bagno pessimo… sporco e da ristrutturare, le lenzuola trovate sporche e la porta della nostra terrazza non aveva una chiusura… poteva essere aperta tranquillamente da fuori!
