Perfect convenient stay for canceled flight!

Room was comfortable, clean, and had the essentials. Breakfast was on time and good variety. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Cons:

On Friday, June 27, 2025 my flight was canceled. At 2:20 a.m. Saturday morning, I call your hotel and was told that there were rooms available. I gave my AMEX to reserve it. My husband, sister and I took a cab to your hotel and the night manager, told us that it was a lie. They did not have any rooms available. Plus, several people was sleeping in the lobby as well. I asked that my AMEX not be charged and he assured me that it would not. Needless to say, it was charged and now I'm playing phone tag with the General Manager Myra to get reimbursed.
