The place is under renovation so I give them credit for trying

Extremely disappointing experience. The level of hospitality was unacceptable. The toilet seat was leaking, tiles were broken, and the television could not be connected to electricity. There was also a cockroach in the bathroom. Furthermore, no electric kettle was available; it appeared that the receptionist provided us with a personal one instead. No soap and shampo available. Unfortunately, there is no option to rate this property zero stars, which is why I had to select one star.

It was unclean, nothing was functioning, the air conditioning was not operational, and the reception was deserted.

Nothing was good about the hotel.Swimming empty and dirty.No good lighting.cant go outside not safe.No reception area.I have travelled a lot never saw a hotel like this . False advertising.what you see you don’t get .we work hard and bring money to spend.But what we got was unbelievable.Hope they give me a refund soon .

This hotel is probably is so so gross. I booked a room but upon seeing the room in person I immediately cancelled the booking. At the reception a Fijian guy was drunk and snoring. Had to wake him up and tell him I had a reservation. The towels and bedsheets had stains. This hotel is nothing short of a ghost hotel.

Without doubt the worst place I've ever stayed, completely run down and absolutely filthy, the room we had was disgusting, dirty linen and stained pillows, broken fittings, cracked tiles and mould everywhere, also convinced the bed was riddled with bed bugs as woke up everyday with more and more red welts. Avoid at all costs.

Only the security guard was kind and helpful, but everything else was rundown and terrible. Overpriced!!! Avoid if u can.

Crochers in the room , dogs ,security unhappy to clean room , staff rude not worth it

This property was NOT what was advertised on the internet. NO food or bottled water available on site, no assistance with bags.
Room was clean, very basic and spacious however my mobility walker would not fit thru bathroom door.

And the pool was out of service. And No breakfast.

Handy and close to the airport and that’s about it.

Good for Families, big and quite safe.

This property is rundown and shouldn’t be operating at all. It’s no up to the very minimum standards!!!
The first night of our stay there was no water during the night until the next morning. The following day the power in our room was cut off! Water was cut off too the second time!!!
When I asked the Manager he said “there’s power outage all of Fiji” which we know was a lie. He also says “pipe burst outside” which was also a lie because they were able to run their washers!

I think he did this purposely because he wasn’t happy about me asking for the receipt. When we checked in we were told their “machine doesn’t work”! They are only accepting cash but couldn’t give me the receipt until tomorrow”. We got our receipt the day we checked out. It was just an invoice that you can purchase from anywhere. It wasn’t a proper receipt at all.

This property should be removed from Expedia!!!
