The wonderful staff made this one of the most memorable hotel experiences that I have ever had.
Pros:

The staff at this hotel are incredible. Kind, genuine and thoughtful. You will have a memorable experience if you visit this place. The room was great and the food was so delicious that I did not eat out as much as I had planned! Thank you everyone :) People told me 3 nights in Chiang Rai was too much.... not when you stay at a hotel like this. I was sad to leave.

Sehr Gutes Frühstück. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die ganze Anlage sehr gepflegt. Personal ausnahmslos super freundlich und nett.

Het was heerlijk. We hebben genoten!
Pros:

He is een uitstekend hotel. De voorzieningen en de lokatie zijn goed, maar vooral het personeel is fantastisch. Onder leiding van de kleine captain in de bediening (Coogh?) gaat het fantastisch en ook de mensen van de receptie zijn uitzonderlijk goed. Zeer klantgericht allemaal.
Wij hebben in drie weken Thailand meerdere goede hotels gehad, maar nergens was het personeel zo goed, vriendelijk, gastvrij en benaderbaar als hier.

Cons:

De prijs van de massages. De massages zijn in verhouding tot andere hotels best duur. De kwaliteit van de massages is wel heel goed.
