It wasn't what the pictures appeared to reflect.

The bed was comfortable. The TV had a variety of channels.

Cons:

Roaches were in the room. It wasn't safe to use the shower because the head and pluming was not stable. We did not take a shower. We decided to leave around 2:00 on Saturday. The front office said we would be charged for 2 days because we didn't leave before 11:00 and that we would have to request a refund for day 3 from booking. I expect a refund for day 3 along with the deposit credited to my credit card. I could not find a customer service number for Booking.com. I called a number and was given the run around.

the room was dirty, stains on the wall and bed. the tv didn’t work and we couldn’t get any sleep because of our neighbors at the time that were arguing because the walls are so thin.

Nothing they were absolutely horrible ! Normally there’s a great staff but idk what happen ! They need to bring the Jamaican dude back because he was amazing !

Cons:

The tall guy with glasses Indian guy was rude he tried to charge me a 50 dolllar deposit knowing I didn’t know about that because before that I never had to do it nothing on booking shows it either. Also for those 5 days there was no hot water I had to wash in cold water when i called to asked the Indian dude in the front was rude and hung up in my face ! They didn’t bring clean towels like I asked ! I have children they couldn’t even wash there ! Was the worse experience ever

Heed the warnings

Please for the love of god heed these reviews and do not stay here. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. This hotel is dirty, decrepit, and scary. I was unfortunately trapped by bad traffic in all directions and in my exhaustion wondered how bad could it be? Well, really bad in fact.

The hotel is not clean at all. There was toothpaste drops on the bottom of the mirror and back of the faucet. The doors and walls have holes in them. The carpet is filthy. In addition, a woman was wandering around the property screaming obscenities when I got to my room. She did this numerous times throughout the evening. A trash can was overflowing and trash was left on the ground in front of room doors.

I bolted the room, slept and got out of there in the morning. This hotel is an avoid at all costs situation.

you couldnt pay me to stay there agian...worst motel ive EVER stayed in during my 10+ years working on the road

outlets were parting from the walls, shower/tub was old as hell, beds were stiff like plywood, metal clothes hanger by sink was almost completely rusted over, the door didnt even close/seal all the way so you had all the outside noise at night
