Beautiful property but as repeat guests, we can see the quality of the property declining.
Pros:

Location is great and the staff are very nice.

Cons:

The first assigned room smelled of mold as agreed by the staff. There should be more attention paid to housekeeping. The restaurant was significantly understaffed. However, the staff that was there were very courteous and apologetic.

My stay was fabulous.

The staff was fabulous, the atmosphere was fabulous. The hospitality was fabulous. The location was AMAZING

The rooms were very small, could use update design. There was a very pungent smell of marijuana by the cornhole outdoor space.

Upon arrival the staff was great valet staff and the front desk staff that checked us in. All staff we interacted with was kind and courteous. Beautiful property.

Buena ubicacion, esperaba un poco mas por el precio.
Pros:

Muy bien ubicado, el hotel en general esta muy bien, y buena atencion, te dan dos tockens de bienvenida cuando haces el check in, que los cambias para tomar algo en el bar del hotel.

Cons:

La vista de mi habitacion muy mala, da a una estacionamiento, por el precio esperaba un poco mas de la habitacion.

Hotel Indigo was in a convenient location with a stylish Savannah feel and friendly staff.
Pros:

The lower level has great style and friendly staff!

Cons:

There is onsite parking but it is valet only. This was a very disorganized service. We used their app to request our vehicle and still had up to a 30 minute wait after requesting it.

The location was great. The manager was amazing, helpful and went above and beyond to correct the issues we had.

Cons:

Staff at the hotel during check in weren't the friendliest. I'm the room the couch had stains, there was a musty smell, the a/c and the TV did not work. We were unable to stay at the hotel and had to find somewhere else.

Pros:

Marisol from housekeeping and Tisha at the front desk were extremely helpful, nice and friendly. They went above and beyond to accommodate me and my family during our stay, and they were able to professionally resolve an issue we had with our room.

Cons:

The rooms had a strong humidity and mold odor
