Waki and Jashad in Valet are a true 10.
Pros:

We visited Savannah for a business trip. Before our stay at JW Marriott for the business trip, we stayed at Hotel Indigo. I would definitely say all the people that work there are absolutely amazing. Waki Reid and Jashad Royals in Valet were over the top. We even brought them both a wonderful dinner to show our appreciation. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially if being treated special by everyone at the hotel is important. Thank you Waki and Jashad.
On another note, their manager and entire staff are a 10 also. Thank you and we will definitely be back to visit you all and your beautiful city.
Thanks,
Chris and Debbie

Very nice hotel that is close to everything. Has a cute bar and dining options.
Pros:

Clean, close to everything.

Cons:

Depending on what side of the hotel your room was on, it was very noisy from the traffic, esp late at night. They rooms were super quiet which allowed the outside noise to be annoying. There are no fans in the room.

A last-minute option for a weekend in Savannah
Pros:

The location is great — everything is within walking distance. Check-in is quick and easy, too. The staff are friendly, too.

Cons:

They only offer valet parking and the valet staff are not as friendly as the hotel staff. We paid a high price for our stay, but I suppose it was a busy weekend. For that price, they should at least offer breakfast. I didn't like the view from the window; I should have asked for a different room in advance.

Lack of sleep
Pros:

The valet were excellent along with the concierge.

Cons:

The frat kids running up and down the halls not to mention the yelling from one end to the other. I said something but was basically told that it is what it is. If I had known about that I would have stayed somewhere else.
My heart went out to the housekeeping staff.

Great location and can walk to most things
Pros:

Location is great.

Cons:

Noise from cars and the noise from hallway was a bit loud. Parking cost was a bit much when lots of other options available near by.

Long Easter weekend
Pros:

Excellent location! Our bartender was fantastic. Hotel could use a little work (elevator) but it's not exactly new. Would definitely stay again.
