It’s disappointing a local hotel in the historic district sold out to a third party vendor. It shows.
Pros:

It was close to the riverfront

Cons:

The maintenance crew was lacking. The manager did little to accommodate or compensate. The food was cold. The front desk can be rude. The elevators go down frequently.

Cons:

There were a few nats that were in the room and the covers weren't all the way clean. One of the valets was rude but the rest of the team wasnt, it did however take a while to get our car to us each time we requested it

Great location, good comfortable, clean hotel.
Pros:

Great hotel located in the historic downtown area of savannah. It is within walking distance of the river front and Emmit park. There are also plenty of restaurants to choose from and approximately 30 minutes drive to Tybee Island.
The hotel could use some more updated furnishings and they also need to update their AC unit. The rooms are very cold and if you adjust the temperature, the floor gets very wet from condensation. We were on the 3rd floor so I don't know if it happens on the other floors. Bedding is clean and comfortable. I love their pillows!!
Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were for the most part friendly and helpful. There is also a restaurant and a bar on site. Each room got 6 tokens for complimentary drinks at the bar. The restaurant food is pretty good though a bit pricey. I highly recommend the smash burger, it was amazing! The shrimp and grits was also pretty good.

I liked that it was right across from river street

Cons:

One elevator was not working.
I thought the bathroom was exceptionally small.
My biggest complaint was the only parking offered was a Valet for $48.00 before tip. We parked a little down the street for free.

Disappointing
Cons:

There was only one elevator working where we were told by staff to use, the other one was out of order. The room was grungie. The mattress needed to be replaced. Air conditioning was really noisy.
