Front desk, valet and EVS were very helpful when I need some help. I would not mind staying again in Indigo Hotel 😻😻

A wonderful stay in the perfect location
Pros:

The location is perfect and makes it incredibly easy to enjoy Savannah. The facilities are great, and the staff has always been gracious and accommodating. We’ve stayed here for the past three years, and they were thoughtful enough to place our two rooms right next to each other, which we really appreciated since we were traveling with my parents.

Cons:

It would have been even better if the hotel offered adjoining rooms, especially for families traveling together. Since we had two rooms, connecting doors would have made the stay even more convenient. Still, having the rooms side‑by‑side was a helpful compromise.

No hot water, no elevator service it was broken. The room did not smell fresh. Many areas had mildew in cracks of sink and showers

Pros:

Lovely hotel right in the historic district. I paid attention to the comments and found a self park garage very close to the hotel.

Cons:

The $25 fee per day which got us a couple of drinks in the bar. I could have done without those extra charges!
