Location was great. It was a great value (our room was HUGE for our family of 4). Design was beautiful.

Terrible.
Pros:

The location was the best and only great part about this hotel.

Cons:

The minute you walk in the hotel smells like a toilet bowl, and stays that way. The rooms also have this smell as well. What could be a really nice hotel, ends up being a stay in what feels like a motel. The shower door in our hotel room didn’t stay closed. Shower also seemed dirty, and the doors seem like they’re maybe moldy and that’s the smell the entire hotel gives. I read breakfast was good, but they don’t even serve breakfast. Would’ve booked elsewhere if I knew that. Our WiFi in our room didn’t work. Parking is almost $50 a night which is incredibly ridiculous, when you can go a block away for $5 a night. Ice machine on our floor was broken. No trash bags or anything to throw trash away in the rooms. Asked the cleaning lady for one and she just had us throw stuff away in her cart trash can, which was unhelpful considering we had a 2 night stay and a room for 6 with no way to throw away trash. Will never stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here, but it could have been nicer.
Pros:

Location was great. In the middle of the river action. Room was clean, spacious.

Cons:

Very loud, small lobby area. The AC didn’t cool down enough. It worked but I think the system was overloaded and it was hot outside. The lobby and bar area were never cleaned and always looked trashed out.

Our stay was very nice, we enjoyed the free drinks, and being in a great location to get around.
Pros:

We enjoyed how close the hotel was to walking distance to everything!

Cons:

I did not enjoy how thin the walls were, we felt like could hear everyone and everything around us. We also didn’t enjoy how the bathroom lock was broken, as well as the lamp in our room.
