Perfect location. We were just minutes from the City Market and Riverside shops and attractions!
Pros:

Very clean and welcoming hotel from the reception area to the bar area to the rooms themselves.

Cons:

One elevator went down for a few hours, but this was only a minor inconvenience. We just used a second elevator.

Cons:

Not being to buy anything in the hotel with cash. Dinner, drinks, snacks, all cashless. I ate dinner in the hotel the first night. My starter and meal came at the same time. The restaurant/bar area was understaffed.

A convenient, affordable hotel in a very good location.
Pros:

Renovations in hotel made it a bit awkward to get to the room but staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was very good and free drink coupons were a nice extra.
Parked at a public garage less than a block away that was very affordable ($20 for my overnight stay).
Savannah is a great city. Love going there.

Mediocre
Pros:

WiFi was terrible. Breakfast mediocre. Bar good. Traffic loud. Dogs loud. Check in and out was very disorganized and amateurish. Place looked beat up.

Great location and good atmosphere
Pros:

Super cool. Nice vibe and great location. We had a really nice time. Specially appreciate the staff, specially the lady who helped us at the reception desk. She went above and beyond to accommodate us!

Pros:

Great location. The staff were all exceptional. Clean rooms. Lively bar downstairs. The restaurant, Five Oaks Taproom was excellent. So good we ate dinner there twice. I would stay there again

Pros:

Location was close to everything we wanted

Cons:

The elevator was broken so we had to drag our things down two flights of stairs with 2 babies. The room we had the mattress was very uncomfortable and felt like it would fall apart. We asked for extra blanket and sheets for the pullout bed and it never came. We ended up pulling a sheet and using towels for blankets. Was very disappointed.

Great location at a good value. King suite was spacious and comfortable.
Pros:

Great location. We got a king suite which was very spacious with nice windows. The bar was nice and you got some drink coupons with your resort fee.

Cons:

Valet parking was a little busy when we arrived and departed but manageable.
