We had a great couple of days - and would look to return
Pros:

The communal area's of the hotel were very good and the decor was lovely. Staff on checkin were very helpful and spoke really good english to be able to help us. They also gavef us recommendations for ski hire and lift passes. The breakfast choices were amazing - there was lots of choice.

Cons:

We felt that the bedroom was a little 'tired' in its decor ( i think there was a communication that said it was being refurbished this year) It was also extreamely hot in the room despite us not having any of our heating on - to the point where we found it difficult to sleep.

Beautiful hotel in a brilliant location
Pros:

The hotel common areas are modern and beatiful! The room was old. Clean and warm but in desperate need of renovation (and we were told that they would be renovating more rooms for next ski season). The location is absolutely perfect - a few steps to the ski lifts and with direct access to the public parking. The breakfast buffet was by far the best I have had in Spain (and I have travelled extensively in Spain for many years)!!! With eggs as you wish, freshly squeezed fruit juice, good bread and just anything you might want! The only thing they could do to improve the breakfast would be to offer guests real coffee - not from an automatic machine. And the dinner buffet was also incredible.

Cons:

Real coffee for breakfast. Being able to enter the spa without reservation. And the room was old.

Bonita fachada pero demasiado ruidosa la habitación

Lo bueno que tiene este hotel es la ubicación y lo bonito que esta la fachada, zona de recepcion, bar y comedor todos renovados recientemente.

Cons:

No es un hotel donde se pueda descansar lo mas mínimo, el ruido del pasillo es terrible, portazos desde las 6 de la mañana y lo peor de todo el carrito de los empleados del hotel que al pasar por el suelo cerámico hace un ruido atronador parecido al de una tormenta con truenos. Pasan de un lado para otro sin parar durante toda la mañana, en este sentido puede ser la peor experiencia que he tenido en hotel por la falta de descanso y tranquilidad, por desgracia no merece el precio que se paga por esta estancia.

Impresionante por fuera y zonas comunes, normalitas las habitaciones
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, entrada, recepción y zonas comunes reformadas y muy bonitas.
El buffet muy completo, incluso con cocinero que te hace tortillas al gusto en el momento. Disponibles toallas y material de aseo y secador de pelo. Vistas a la montaña. Colchón cómodo.

Cons:

El relación a la calidad y diseño de las zonas comunes lo que son las habitaciones no corresponden, parece otro hotel. Baño antiguo tanto de azulejos como de sanitarios. Por ejemplo, tiene el cabezal de la ducha pegado a la pared lo que dificulta ducharte sin mojarte el pelo. La habitación también antigua de mobiliario y sin ninguna percha o silla para poner chaquetones y chaqueta (y siendo un hotel a pie de pista). No tiene minibar.

Cons:

La habitacion, un hotel a ese precio no puede tener en una habitacion para 4 un sofa cama de matrimonio y 2 camas individuales incomodisimas.
A ese precio me siento ESTAFADO. Todo muy bien menos las 4 camas.

Gran hotel en general, aunque las habitaciones podrían mejorar
Pros:

La comida del desayuno y la cena.
Las zonas comunes son muy cómodas y confortables. Recién reformadas.
La ubicación del hotel es ideal. El servicio de guarda esquíes, a pie de pista es lo mejor.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son de una calidad inferior al resto del hotel.
El control de la calefacción prácticamente no existe. Hace demasiado calor en el hotel.
