Never stay again
Pros:

Door lock was spoilt and re-attached. Rough blanket. Dirty bathroom. No tv set! Lousy wifi, kept cutting off. Towels rough and yellowish. Toilet paper holder cant use, dirty too, no place to put. Charging point is so high, cant charge laptop or charger unless you go dressing table but no chair! Tap handle broken. Showerhead dirty n rusty, terrible! The only good thing is aircon power! I could not sleep well as i dont feel safe.

Very bad, would not recommend to anyone

Nothing. Everything is bad.

Cons:

Hotel is dirty, with poor ventilation. Requested for a room with window before the stay and was replied yes but was not given a room with one when I checked in. Room came with TV but had no remode, when I requested for one, the staff told me there isn't one. The dirty room and poor ventilation caused my family and I to get down with flu which we had to go to the doctor for. We decided to cut our stay short due to the poor hygiene of the place and deemed it unsafe to stay.
