The lighting situation is annoying, the light switches are at the bed head board and there’s no reading lights for reading in bed

Lobby es muy pequeño. Entre maletas, comedor, mascotas. Se hace medio estrecho.
整體來說還不錯，除了雙人房棉被只有一件。
洗衣服也很方便~
隔壁是幼兒園，吸煙區只有開放下午五點到早上七點。
El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a unos metros de la estación y cerca de restaurantes. El personal es atento. Sobre todo un joven que estuvo al pendiente que llegara nuestro equipaje del aeropuerto. Las habitaciones están limpias, te cambian diariamente las toallas y sacan la basura. La cama es cómoda, las almohadas también.
La habitación es muy pequeña, hay poco espacio para acomodar las cosas. Es un hotel pet friendly si te incomodan las mascotas, no es para tí.
Sin dudas, el mejor hotel en el que nos hospedamos en Japón. El personal fue realmente maravilloso con nosotros. La habitación estándar es como la mayoría en el país, algo justa de espacio, pero de muchísima calidad. Cambiamos a la habitación Deluxe para dos personas y es mucho más amplia y confortable, ideal si viajas con dos maletas por persona. La ubicación es fantástica: una zona muy tranquila, pero súper cerca de la estación de tren y de la línea de metro Asakusa. ¡Si tengo la suerte de volver a Tokio, mi primera opción será hospedarme aquí de nuevo!
English: Without a doubt, the best hotel I stayed at during my time in Japan. The staff was absolutely wonderful to us. The standard room is typical for Japan—a bit small, but of very high quality. However, the Deluxe double room is much larger and more comfortable, which is highly recommended if you are traveling with two suitcases per person. The location is fantastic: a very quiet neighborhood, yet very close to both the train station and the Asakusa Subway Line. If I am lucky enough to return to Tokyo, staying here again will definitely be my top choice!
The staff were exceptional throughout our stay—always friendly, welcoming, and anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Their attention to detail and excellent service made a lasting impression.
Short walk to subway. Special thanks to all their very friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Mr. Wang and Mr. Shin (not 100% sure if I spelled correctly. He is the Vietnamese gentleman), they went out of their way to help to make things easier for us. They both spoke very good English. Also enjoyed all the cute dogs that we saw at the lobby. As dog lovers, this was a fun and enjoyable experience.
Lobby is very small with no separate seating area. Dining area occupied most of the space.

The best part of this hotel was definitely the staff , every single person we met was incredibly kind, friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel comfortable and at home throughout our stay. The service truly exceeded our expectations.
The room was very clean, tidy, and well-maintained every day, which made our stay even more comfortable. The hotel location is also a huge plus it’s very close to the train station, making it super convenient to travel around Tokyo and explore different places easily. The hotel is within just a short walk from Asakusabashi Station, making transport very convenient.
What made this stay special was not only the clean rooms and convenient location, but the people working there. Their warmth, politeness, and willingness to assist really made a difference. Thank you for making our trip memorable ! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo!
A személyzet tagjai eltérő szinten beszéltek angolul, de alapvetően gördülékeny volt a kommunikáció, nagyon segítőkészek voltak (pl. Elhagyott fejhallgató miatt felhívták a repteret).
A szoba kicsi volt (de Tokióban erre számítottunk), viszont szuperul ki lehetett pakolni, ami más szállodákban általában nem lehetséges.
