One of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in! Awesome decour, amazing location on the lake- tasty food and drinks and excellent service. Only 20 minute walk to town so great location!
Uitstekende locatie, wij hadden huisje nummer 12. Elke dag housekeeping en super vriendelijk personeel van ontvangst tot in de bediening, echt heel fijn. Wederom zo’n locatie waar alles mogelijk is in overleg, laundry service, zeilboot boeken, kayaks gebruiken voor de zonsopkomst. Heerlijke dagen gehad

Too rustic for us. Pool wasn’t inviting. Tour they arranged wasn’t well done.

Beware of this expensive, overpriced hotel, with careless reception staff. We had a lake view room, but since the property is on a hill, the front-facing lake rooms are right next to the bar, pool, and dining area. It was like being in a cheap all-inclusive motel with 80s music blasting, making it impossible to escape. And don’t even get me started on the neighbors beach club music.
This place shamelessly upsells a 3-star property as a 5 star. Be warned.
No refunds offered , no apologies , it was clear staff knew about this , but a half-hearted “we’ll rebook you” doesn’t work anymore when you cheat on your guests. They charged us as if we were in a prime Tulum beach location, shameless. For this premium price, you don’t even get an espresso for breakfast unless you pay extra. And the food is average, like you’d expect from a 3-star hotel.
Do not go here.

La ubicación en esa parte de la laguna poco espacio en muelle, no esta linda la laguna en ese lugar y pasan demasiadas embarcaciones y personas en kayac o padel board... se siente ruidoso con el embarcadero que tienen de vecinos

A la habitación le faltaba un frigorífico para poder guardar la comida del bebé.

Das war eines der schönsten Zimmer, die wir auf unserem Rundtrip hatten. Es gab alles von Peelingseife, Conditioner über Hauschuhe. Es gab am Balkon zudem eine nette Chill-Area mit Hängematte. Wirklich eine sehr sehr schöne Anlage. Und die Dusche sowie das riesige Bett waren wirklich herrlich! Auch das Hotelteam war sehr lieb. Unser Kellner Riccardo war sehr zuvorkommend! Und man kann sich vor Ort Kayaks oder SUPs ausborgen. Das hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen.
Die Kissen sind sehr hoch und die Deckenbezüge sind oben nicht verschlossen, was ich etwas eklig finde, wenn man bedenkt, dass die Decken nicht nach jedem Gast durchgewaschen werden.
Es gab zu wenige Liegen oder allgemein Plätze am Deck und am Pool für all die Gäste. Zudem ist das Nachbarhotel leider extrem laut (sowohl tagsüber als auch abends), was uns sehr genervt hat, weil man nicht wirklich seine Ruhe hatte (was an sich der Sinn eines Entspannung-Urlaubs ist).
