Pros:

Great room, location, and value. It was clean and more spacious than I thought it would be!

Cons:

The floors/ceilings are quite thin and hearing people walk upstairs drove us nuts

Great location. But I wouldn’t prefer second time
Pros:

Location is great easy to access metro stations and 7/24 open Restaurants and markets

Cons:

Room smells musty there was a room air cleaner but stopped working at the second day. Also we were staying at the across of the main building so access to the laundromat was limited they say we can use at 08.00am to 10.00 pm but ln the morning main gate wasn’t open so I go and use 7/24 laundromat nearby.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Cosy place, friendly staff and convenient location. I was staying as a solo female traveller, and the place was very welcoming and safe. Good amenities and low interference made the stay very calm and easy.

Great stay in Tokyo, recommended!
Pros:

Ottimo per varie stazioni dei treni e vicino a diversi mini market

Cons:

Lo spazio per il letto era un po' stretto (soppalcato con soffitto molto basso). Per due persone non sarebbe andato bene.

Good spot for a solo traveller
Pros:

Good Location
Nearby restaurants and convenience stores
Excellent staff at the reception

Cons:

No daily housekeeping
Even on days of housekeeping, no vacuum cleaning done on the carpet

Will definitely come back!
Pros:

Great position super close to the metro, konbini and restaurants.
It is close to Shinjuku but in a calmer area where you don’t have noise and can enjoy peace after a whole day around.

Everybody was super helpful and kind. The room was super clean and with all necessary for a super comfortable stay.

Cons:

I liked everything!
