Pros:

La ubicación y atención

Cons:

Las instalaciones precarias, y no me refiero a lo pequeño de la habitación, lo cual uno ya sabe lo que está contratando y ya he estado en hoteles chicos.
La cama muy incómoda; la cortina no tapaba la ventana y entraba luz directo a la cama cuando amanecía. No tenía perchero para colgar nada, solo dos ganchos clavados a la pared.

最高でした！
Pros:

周りの駅が多くて、どこでもすぐ行きやすかった。
また、徒歩ですぐ歌舞伎町や新大久保にたどり着く。
スタッフたちも優しかったです。

Cons:

特に悪い点なかったという感じでした。
これからも今の品質をずっと維持してほしいです。

Excelente ubicación y servicio
Pros:

Tiene una ubicación fantástica, muy cerca del metro y tiendas de conveniencia y lugares turísticos a los que puedes ir andando fácil.
El personal excelente y muy amables

Cons:

La habitación que escogí era la más económica así
no es muy cómoda para dos personas

Good hotel as home base for travellers in Tokyo
Pros:

Good location. Minutes from the train station and about 10-15 minutes walking distance from the other line. In the Korea town area of Tokyo and super close to convenience stores. Also good walking/transit proximity to Shinjuku. It was pretty convenient but I would suggest planning out your day as it was a little further north depending on where you’ll be spending time in Tokyo.

They have two buildings. Very quiet, decent amount of space in the room. Bed and pillow was comfortable. Laundry available. They also cleaned the room daily.

Cons:

Wasn’t the most modern or stylish property but a good budget option. Other small thing but they didn’t have anywhere to hang towels. A bedside table would’ve also been nice

Cheap and fair
Pros:

Great location couldn’t be any closer to the station staff were all very nice

Cons:

Bathrooms didn’t have a bidet, our room was in a basement so it was humid and lacked any kind of view

Nice hotel and neighborhood
Pros:

The staff were kind and helpful and the surrounding area was low buildings and low noise (for Tokyo).

Cons:

The room was not very nice, quite empty with old furniture. The pillows were low, and they had only one extra pillow when asking for more. It's overall okay, but it was pricey for the value.

great location! too expensive.
Pros:

Excellent location, easy to access and in a quiet area for a good night sleep

Cons:

The room was extremely small, I could hardly turn around, the bathroom was dangerously small. There was not table for my stuff, e.g. lap top.
the place is much too expensive for the comfort it offers
