Lalisa Hotel Aonang

Great location, nice staff, but room was dirty and not cleaned properly in a while - sheets were very dirty - stained with many red spots in some areas, black smears in others. room there was mold on the ceiling. And no proper vacuuming was evident by the loads of dust under bed, we found after dropping something.
I covered myself with a towel in the night, because we found our late and had to sleep, Shower was tidy evidently old but overall well kept.

Again, staff were very nice and since we found out very late - I didnt bothet informing them. We just dealted with it.

Water was warm at the hottest but that was fine with us.

Good location and a simple hotel room. I didn’t spend much time at the hotel, so it was perfect for what we needed.

The Lalisa is a friendly and very convenient hotel especially since it also offers parking. I have stayed there many times and will do again in the future. Thoroughly recommended.

The staff are very friendly and always willing to help with a smile. Location is in the middle of the hot spot. Lively Location. Tons of eating options and a short walk to the beach.

I have stayed at the Lalisa many times. It is a nice friendly and not too expensive hotel. It also has car parking which is a great plus in Ao Nang. I like this hotel very much and will certainly stay there again.

Everything great. No elevator and on the fourth floor. Keep in mind. Staff very friendly and helpful. Shopping restaurants etc. right out front.

We enjoyed our 5 day stay very much. Loved the location as we just needed to walk down the street and we were in the heart of the action. The hotel does not have an elevator so you must be able to walk up 4 floors if ever your room is on this floor. Pur room was facing the garden side so it was very quiet
Nice balcony to be able to sit in the morning. The AC works well but it continuously goes on and off all night. They would need to get this looked at or replace the unit.

Excellent location, clean, lovely place to stay at a great price. No iron/blow dryer in room, fyi.

The staff at Lalisa was excellent to deal with. The hotel itself is dated and could use some newer fixtures. Our shower had some mouldy tiles but it was kept clean. Our mattress was not the best. They had quite a bit of issues with the Internet but did get new routers while we were staying there. It is a bit noisy but the back rooms are better if you can request one. Less street noise.
It was very close to the beach and the busy downtown core so that was a positive.

Hotel just wasn't up on maintenance. there were a lot of broken things in my room. It's a great area and the staff was wonderful. But they just don't invest anything in the upkeep.

Really friendly and helpful staff with clean nice rooms. Softer beds than usual in Thailand. Very close to the beach and all amenities. The only thing was there wasnt plug ins close to my bed for my phone to charge, but otherwise it was great.

Amazing location. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Room was okay could be cleaner. Forgot to leave thing on door so room didn’t get made. Ace worked great. Only complaint which is out of their control is the hostel across street blasts music all night and it’s super loud

The Lalisa is a nice friendly hotel that is very comfortable. The room was big and clean with a nice balcony and view over Ao Nang. The hotel is also very good value for money. Tip - try and get a room on floor 2 as there is no lift! They also offer car parking which is a great benefit.
