I appreciated the hotel's excellent location near Msheireb and Souq Waqif

Cons:

I would like to highlight the following concerns:

1. Safety & Welfare (Child Facilities)
Substandard Baby Cot: Despite requesting a baby cot in advance, it was not provided upon arrival. When it finally arrived, the quality was unacceptable. It lacked a proper mattress, using only wood covered by a blanket. This is a significant health and safety risk for an infant’s posture and comfort.

Housekeeping Conduct: The staff's attitude when requested to assist with the baby cot was unprofessional and unhelpful.

2. Room Condition & Equipment
Hygiene: There was a persistent bad odor inside the room throughout the stay.

Damaged Appliances: The iron provided was leaking and in poor condition, making it difficult to use safely.

Kitchenette: The kitchen materials were aged and in such poor condition that they were unusable.

3. Staff Service & Management
Reception Performance: The night shift staff on February 8th was particularly unprofessional and failed to manage my check-in and requests efficiently.

Lack of Support: The crew refused to provide basic amenities, such as extra towels, and attempted to charge extra fees for small, standard room requirements.

Financial Inconsistency: My security deposit was taken via card during check-in, but I was refunded in cash during check-out. This is inconsistent with standard financial procedures and caused unnecessary inconvenience.

4. Facilities
Parking: The vehicle parking area is extremely cramped and difficult to navigate.
