It was very teriible experiance mattress like rock hard , bed made with concrete

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! SCAM ARTISTS. We turned up to be walked down a road to another hotel called White rose mansion and told this was where we was staying, they said it was the same hotel, and said it’s better. We paid 500Baht deposit and when we checked out was told we was fined 300 baht for a dirty towel. They had a que of people about 15 and they charged everyone, a guy had a wet towel and no marks, it’s a totally scam to get money. I asked if they wash towels as it’s a towel and ours was not dirty and they said no to expensive to get marks out but couldn’t show me marks! Rooms are dirty, aircon terrible so room warm, no hair dryer, no sunbeds at pool, dirty pool. Rooms at marine was also dirty and this hotel also said when we come back we pay the fine when getting deposit, total scammers to everyone that stayed charging everyone for nothing! Staff are rude, so many other hotels in Pattaya where people will not scam you!

The property looks better on line. The pool is a mess and can not be used. There is mold on the walls. Needs updating and regular maintenance.

Nice swimming pool area and bar. Their food was very tasty and delicious. Comfortable room and all the facilities
were provided.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Do not by any means stay here. The TV didn't work and neither did the air conditioning so I woke up in a pool of my own sweat. The pool was filled with green swamp water and hasn't been cleaned or filtered in years. Twice I asked for a simple roll of toilet paper at the front desk and it was never taken care of, so I had to find a supply room and get it for myself. Lastly at checkout when I went to get my deposit back they went from one person to the next to the next and nobody could find my deposit. So after 30 minutes of trying to get my deposit back , I just told them to stick it because I was in a hurry to catch my connecting ride to the next town. DO NOT BY ANY MEANS STAY HERE!!!! YOU WILL BE SORRY 😔

Not a good place to stay

The hotel environment was pleasant and welcoming. Perfect hotel, lovely pool, specious rooms, nice bathroom, awesome pool. Good and helpful staff

Very clean & maintained property. All the people, staff, manager they were very cooperative & provide best service. The main attraction of this hotel is the pool side area, they maintained the pool side area very well. Will definitely stay again. Thank you.

Disgusting hotel with staff with a Disgusting attitude. Rats running all over kitchen and dirty stained towels which they then charge you for upon leaving. Pool with cracke hagged tiles all over. Bunch of scammers. Worst hotel I've ever had the misfortune to use.

Rats running on cooking surfaces outside pool area . Fridges only turned on when guests are using the poolside bar so drinks are warm. Pool unusable due to cracked tiles and jagged tiles everywhere. Rooms are filthy although theyoff cleaning everyday they only change bedding. Towels so strained we didn't use them we chose to use our own beach towels only to find on checkout we lost our 500 baht deposits due to stained towels we never used. The night receptionist Didn't speak Thai or English so we couldn't explain we never used them but still lost deposits. Tv was from the 80s with no tv channels or very few considering the advertised cable premium tv channels in every room. Photos look nothing like the real thing. Avoid its just filthy and definitely don't eat there because the rats are out all time's of dayas well as night
