朝食付きを予約したが、素泊まりプランになっていた様子。こちらから質問するも、付いていない事を前提に話を聞いていた。
予約サイトの"朝食付き"という記載を見せたら対応はしてくれたが、こちらの勘違いという前提で話を進めていたのは少し気分が良くなかった。

駅からも近く、清潔感があり、過ごしやすかったです。
フロントの方もチェックアウトの時、笑顔で対応してくれて最後まで気持ちよく出る事ができました。

とにかくエレベーターが来ない。運行状況も見えるはずの機種なのに表示をオフにしている模様。近いうちにヒルトン系列になるみたいだからもう店じまいしてる感じでした。部屋は静かで快適だったのでそこだけ残念でした。

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and great value. Mostly around government and businesses though so don’t expect a lot of shopping or duty free drug stores. If you expect and understand that, it’s a great business hotel and value.

3連泊しました。
北浜駅にも近くアクセスは抜群。
周りは閑静で良い立地でした。
シングルルームでしたが、ちょうど良い広さでした。
清掃状態も良く快適でしたが、目立つ場所のカーペットに黒いシミがあったのが、唯一残念でした。あと、洗面台に小さくても良いのでティッシュペーパーがあると便利です。
