El servicio al cliente muy bueno, muy cómodo y el desayuno muy rico. Tenia estaciones de metro super cerca, estaba muy bien conectado con la ciudad.

Would recommend.
Pros:

Location, the service.. Most of all the staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

We did not have a breakfast buffet like in other Sheraton Hotels in Japan. It was a only a choice between 5 small different meals.
