Great hotel! Staff is super friendly and helpful!
Pros:

Great location, amenities, modern room, great pool, staff and buffet breakfast!

Cons:

Bed was HARD, but everything else was great!

Very clean, comfortable & great location.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Close walk to everything. Good breakfast. Clean hotel. Appears well maintained. Room very nice.

Cons:

Lukewarm shower. Never hot. Felt cold in shower. Half glass wall in shower allowed cold air in and water escaped onto bathroom floor. Not an efficient design.

Stayed there 4 times already. Best in ChiangRai for us
Pros:

Great staff. Room clean and bed comfortable. Fantastic swimming pool. Breakfast beautiful taste and many variety.

Estupenda elección en el centro de Chiang Rai.
Pros:

Todo muy bien y excelente desayuno. Cerca de la Terminal 1 de buses.

Cons:

Eché de menos algunas máquinas que vendieran bebidas frías en las instalaciones del hotel. No obstante, el problema se soluciona caminando a un 7Eleven a unos 100 metros de distancia.

All facilities checked but not a greeting, nor a smile.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable facilities. Though the bed was too hard. But, there was not a smile not a greeting not a goodbye. Rude in a way and catered for Chinese clients/groups mainly. The buses read China tours.

Cons:

Not welcoming at any time. TV in Chinese apart from Thai.

Emplacement proche de l horloge et du marché de nuit. Chambres confortables. Petit déjeuner fourni.

Cons:

Emplacement de la piscine recevant peu de soleil (froide). Eau de la douche tiède malgré plusieurs vérifications de l équipe.
