Pros:

Le personnel était excellent, surtout la jeune demoiselle(je crois qu’elle s’appelle Cécile). Chambre était propre. Petit déjeuner était correct.

Cons:

Le manque de bouteille d’eau dans les chambres. Devoir se servire soi-même n’est pas logique pour un hôtel 4 étoile. De plus les bouteilles n’étaient pas toujours suffisamment propre.

Serviettes de qualités médiocres et absences du lait corporelle et les gadgets salle de bain et des babouches . Manque oreillers il y avait que 2 petits oreillers carré.

Location was good, staff are friendly.

Cons:

Smells bad. Very old building. Bad drainage. Bed sheets were dirty. I seriously don’t understand how this hotel is categorized as 4 stars and how did Accor group approve this property. It’s like there’s no audit to check if the hotel delivers on the promise that it belongs to a large group.

NOT worth the money paid.

Encore un très bon séjour au sein de cet établissement vraiment accueillant
Pros:

Un très bon établissement que je fréquente à chacun de mes déplacements sur Paris depuis quelques années maintenant. L'hôtel est cosy et très bien situé à proximité de la gare Montparnasse et des théâtres parisiens.
Une première avec ma Maman qui a vraiment apprécié sa nuit. 🌃
Chambre 406 très canon avec sa jolie fenêtre 🌹.
Toujours les bons produits Nuxe pour sentir bon après la douche avant de s'endormir.
Très jolie salle de petit déjeuner.
Les boissons de courtoisie TB.
Merci enfin d'avoir eu une pensée à l'occasion de l'Endomarch. C'était touchant.💛

Cons:

C'est vraiment une remarque à la marge car cela ne m'a pas gênée mais je trouve qu'il y a moins de choix qu'avant pour le petit déjeuner en offre sucrée.
