Sentralt på Montparnasse. Mange ulike restauranter nær hotellet. Nær to metrostasjoner.

Cons:

Dette er et 4-stjerners hotell, men burde hatt 3 eller færre. Vi kom under hetebølge og opplevde at airconditioning ikke virket. Vi klagde og ba om å få bytte rom. Personalet var lite service-innstilt, sa at hotellet var fullbooket, men skulle kontakte tekniker. Etter døgn fikk vi ventilasjon, men ikke kjøling. Det ble nesten uutholdelig på et lite rom i 7. etasje. Personalet virket mutt og beklaget ikke situasjonen. Dette var skuffende, for vi har vært fornøyd her tidligere. Altfor dyrt hotell med så dårlige fasiliteter. Det står til og med rekkame for "salle climatisee" utenfor, noe som ikke var tilfellet.

L'emplacement, la grandeur de la chambre, le fait que les wc soient séparé de la salle de bain, la propreté, le personnel sympathique y compris les femmes de chambre, le petit déjeuner bien achalandé et régulièrement rechargé, les locaux spacieux (ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans les hôtels parisiens)

Cons:

Le sèche-cheveux manquant de puissance (quasiment inutile tellement il ne donne rien) et le frigo à la peine en cas de canicule

Triste ver um hotel que sempre admiramos chegar a essa situação

Cons:

Essa é a terceira vez que nós nos hospedamos nesse hotel e foi a última. Nos deixaram num quarto do 1 andar cuja janela não fechava, o mini bar não gelava, o parapeito da janela estava sujo , não havia itens comuns de amenidades no banheiro e a paciência dos atendentes em resolver os problemas era mínima. Com a intervenção de um outro (é ótimo) recepcionista conseguimos mudar de quarto e finalmente um técnico trocou o mini bar que passou a gelar. Nesse novo quarto tb tivemos que pedir ( de forma insistente) a reposição de sabão de banho.
