The location and the front desk stuff really nice.
The room was small not like how the picture showed when I booked also the toilet room really small a big person doesn't fit.

We stayed in the hotel for 5 days. The luggage storage was very convenient both - before check-in and after check-out. Surroundings are great - a couple of metro stations in a walking distance, many different restaurants and theaters, local market during weekend, a lot of people in the evening makes this place relatively safe. The staff was very helpful, breakfast was tasty, diversified and fresh. The room was convenient and clean. Fresh drinking water is available in the dispenser on a corridor. In comparison to other places in Paris, the price to value ratio was good, especially due to the fact that commuting from the hotel is very effective.

The Hotel is in a great location in the Montparnasse area, surrounded by theathers, restaurants, pubs. Fascinating nightlife, lots of good little places for excellent international food and splendid drinks.

A great hotel in a wonderful position, very lively area and very close to multiple train lines to make commuting around the city easy. The air conditioning is fantastic and worked well on some very hot days. Staff were always helpful and the hotel has a great vibe with little break out areas for people to work or relax.
There is nothing not to like about this hotel.

I liked the location and the breakfast. The room was a good size and was comfortable overall. I also appreciated the water stations on every floor, especially that they offered both flat and sparkling water.
What I didn't like was the smell in the lobby. I had read about it in other reviews before our stay and assumed it was an isolated issue, but it seems to be a recurring problem. The smell was unpleasant enough that we didn't want to spend any time in the lobby.
I also found the shower design problematic. The raised step is quite high and felt borderline dangerous, especially when getting out of the shower. It seems like an unnecessary safety hazard.
