The place was dirty and roaches everywhere. We didnt even stay there. We booked and stayed in a different hotel

Everything is a mess. Toilets are dirty! Air-con and water faucets are not working. They have a bucket inside the rest rooms but it was so dirty to use. The swimming pool is filthy dirty. The place is a hot mess.

PURPOSE OF STAY:
If you only need a place to SLEEP then, staying at OYO 195 is fine.
THE ROOM: It has air conditioning, a dining table with 2 chairs, a separate table near the restroom, a drawer beside it, and a nightstand with 2 drawers between the two double beds.
I also like that the room is spacious for 3-4 people. If you have lots of baggage and stuff, you'll have more than sufficient space for it.
I felt a bit itchy on my skin from the bed, but the blanket smelled nice, so it was fine.
CLEANLINESS OF THE FACILITY: Hopefully, you're not squeamish, because we were welcomed by the unpleasant smell of the room, especially, the restroom. The smell inside the restroom was a bit strong for my liking, and don't get me started on how yellowish the tiles of the restroom were.
LOCATION: I love that it's along the highway. It is very convenient, especially for commuters.
MY FRIEND'S COMMENT: Thankfully, I brought my own towel because the towel they provided itched their skin (just a bit).
STAFFS: A decent greeting. Don't expect to be welcomed warmly or even see a smile from the them.
SUGGESTION: Please clean the tiles in the restroom and have the towels ready prior to the client's arrival next time.
Overall, for a 2 star hotel, it's fair.

No water in the morning
The staff attends to our request like getting hot water. Good wifi though you have to watch ads first before you connect.
No lift. Not all lights have bulb and working. In 1st room we were assigned,3/7 lights were only working. The lamp was just display. So the staff offered different room to us. Both rooms are dirty. In the picture there is kettle, but in actual there is none. There was no restaurant and bar as oppose to what the picture shown. We saw the pool from our room, the kiddie pools were not clean, water was brown. We were told that the TV in all rooms was under maintenance. Not an internet tv. we tried to turn it on but remote not working as in not functional at all. Thought it was just reception issue. There was no toiletries provided. I was just sitting on the bed then I heard the bed cracked, I only weigh 70kg. It is not really sturdy. Water supply was disrupted before we left in the morning. Toilet was smelly. You have to fill the bowl with water in order to flush or manually flush the bowl. We were only provided with 2 towels and blanket. We were awaken by the alarming sound of the AC, water splashing in the room so we rather turned it off and just open the door. The facility was really old, not maintained obviously.

Nothing to like about
Staffs are friendly and helpful. Website pictures of f the facility looks clean but the room is not so clean especially the bathroom. Toilet flush is not even working and bathroom stinks and seems not sanitize.

Free wifi is BS. Have to watch Ads to get on the Wifi and who knows if it's not selling your data once connected.
Also the weird vibe of the Hotel owner in posters like he is the star of famous movies like Godfather (?!) has got to go not only because of the copyright infringement but because it's just kind of Kitch meets ick meets 1984q

The rooms were filthy, a used condom was even found inside a cabinet drawer. There was no hot water in the shower, no soap or shampoo was provided. The TV was there but without a signal, no toilet paper, you had to ask for it. There was a lampshade but without a bulb. The airconconditioner works only if the lights were turned on and the. Setting doesn’t even work.
So disappointing , never again will we book or recommend this facility.

I don't like their rooms alot need to be repaired like their beds, shower, door handle and mattresses .
Everything is fake! It was the worst experience ever! We didn't have water for 2 days and we couldn't bathe and use the toilet facilities during our wedding day!. The hotel management was very unprofessional. They didn't provide us any compensation. They told us it's none of our business if we had no water! No recommended!
