Fantastico soggiorno a kyoto
Pros:

Struttura situata in una via tranquilla, a qualche minuto sia dalla metro che dalla fermata del bus. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la lavatrice che avevamo in stanza e la possibilità di poter asciugare i vestiti direttamente nel bagno. Attorno ci sono diversi locali in cui si può mangiare. Struttura pulita, hanno tenuto le valigie che avevamo spedito dall’albergo in cui eravamo stati precedentemente e le hanno spedite nell’albergo successivo tramite un servizio di spedizioni molto facile da utilizzare.

Recomendadísimo por zona, espacio y precio.
Pros:

Como siempre, el espacio del apartamento y la relación calidad-precio.

Además de que estar a 5 minutos a pie de Gion no tiene precio.

Cons:

Una de las camas era muy dura y nos tocó apartamento en la planta baja donde la ventana nos daba a una pared.

Ótima localização e bom custo-beneficio.
Pros:

O hotel fica próximo de várias estações de metro e linhas de onibus, a pé de um centro comercial e um lindo templo. Tem uma cozinha básica bem equipada e espaço para lavagem de roupa, além de um bom banheiro para um banho relaxante.

Cons:

A internet do hotel caiu bastante, em um certo momento precisei fazer algumas chamadas de video a trabalho e a internet não colaborou.

Very good and spacious hotel with just a small downside
Pros:

The hotel is very well located with plenty of bus station and even a metro station at less than 5min of walking distance. There are 2 convenience store nearby especially Fresco which is amazing if you want to eat cheap and good quality bentō. The room is very spacious if feels like you are in your own apartment

Cons:

Unfortunately the room are very noisy, each day and night we could hear every steps our upstairs neighbors were walking. Maybe we were just unlucky with our neighbors but it is a point to consider if you're a light sleeper

Appartement spacieux, très bien équipé, propre et idéalement placé. Nous avons adoré!

Calme et confort à proximité des transports.
Pros:

L'emplacement, très près d'une station de métro et de bus, dans une ruelle calme.
L'équipement du logement: kitchenette avec plaques et four micro ondes, frigo congélateur, bouilloire et même un lave linge.

Cons:

Quasiment pas de lumière naturelle dans le logement au rez de chaussée, donnant sur un mur à 1 m des baies vitrées.

Wonderful stay in a great Kyoto location!
Pros:

The location of this property was absolutely wonderful. It had plenty of towels, amenities and an in room washing machine. We found the staff to be helpful and the neighbourhood to be quiet. Close to public transport, grocery stores and anything you could need.

Cons:

Needed more places to hang towels. The room was small without lots of room for luggage but still worked well for our family of 4. All in all. A great stay.
