Very nice stay
Pros:

Incredible location, close to station, bus, convenience stores, and lots of restaurants! Even walking distance to some nice temples/shrines and Gion. Washing machine and bathroom with dryer function was convenient. They also had house keeping (swapped our sheets) halfway through our stay which was really nice.

Cons:

Our room was a little cramped for a family of four.

また泊まりたいですし、他の場所でも利用してみたいです。
Pros:

アクセスがとても良かったです。
京都御苑、平安神宮、南禅寺、水路閣、哲学の道、銀閣寺、八坂神社、祇園、知恩院など全て徒歩で楽しみました。
東山駅、三条駅までは歩けます。キッチン付きなので自炊もしましたが、スーパーも近く、また外食の際も様々なお店があり、美味しかったです。
洗濯機もあり、洗剤も付いていたので助かりました。
４泊しましたが、3日目に清掃に入ってくださったので、部屋も清潔に保ててよかったです。
2名で利用でしたが、4名可能な部屋を選んだので、洗濯物を干したり、スーツケースを開くスペースもあり、それも快適に過ごせたポイントかもしれません。

その土地に暮らすように滞在してみたい方にはお勧めです。

Cons:

特にありませんが、しいて言えば、ソファ（4名で利用の際のソファベッド）が柔らかく、腰が痛くなってしまいました。
また、食器ももう少し種類があると良かったです。
