Zentrale Lage mit ÖPNV gut zu erreichen

Cons:

Gebuchtes DeLuxe Zimmer entsprach absolut nicht den Erwartungen
Obstsalat entsprach nicht der gewünschten Frische, ebenfalls die gekochten Eier
Das Gerolsteiner Mineralwasser war laut MHD seit April 2026 abgelaufen

Hôtel standard mais avec excellent rapport qualité/prix
Pros:

L’hôtel bénéficie d’un excellent emplacement et d’un personnel sympathique. Les chambres sont spacieuses, avec de hauts plafonds qui donnent une impression d’espace. Le petit-déjeuner est très complet, avec un large choix d’options. Malgré la présence d’autres clients, l’hôtel n’était pas trop bondé et restait calme. J’ai apprécié la disponibilité d’un ventilateur en cas de chaleur excessive.

Cons:

La salle de bain/douche était extrêmement petite, mais propre. Pour le prix, ce n’était pas un problème majeur, mais c’est sans aucun doute le point faible de l’hôtel. Les tapis, en particulier dans les couloirs, semblaient très vieux et usés, ce qui est regrettable car le reste de l’hôtel est en bon état.

The building had old charm and the beds were comfortable. Family room was big enough for four.

Cons:

The breakfast was not at all like described in the pictures, so we felt bit disappointed of that.

Biggest problem was a group of school kids, who had occupied most of the hotel and some of them was behaving very badly. They kept knocking loudly on our room door and were noisy until 2 AM. Not the hotels fault, but unfortunately affected on our stay, since we spent quite a lot of money to have a peaceful sleep before continuing our journey.

de hotels hebben geen airco, niet geschikt als het 35 graden is

TV und Rauchmelder defekt

Die Lage zur U-Bahn ist hervorragend!

Cons:

Hallo, leider hatte das Zimmer im Hotel Tiergarten einige Mängel. Das Zimmer war zwar renoviert, doch funktionierte der TV nicht. Es hieß, dies sei bekannt, doch habe der Techniker das Problem nicht lösen können. In der zweiten Nacht piepste plötzlich der Brandmelder, als ob die Batterie ausgetauscht werden müsse. Der Portier schaltete das Piepsen mit einer langen Holzstange aus. Er meinte, dies hänge mit Temperaturschwankungen zusammen. Der Rauchmelder sei erst vor ein paar Monaten installiert und müsste zehn Jahre funktionieren. Das war jedenfalls alles sehr unbefriedigend.
