The hotel place is perfect it is directly in front of pavillion mall and 15 min walk to suria klcc and petronas towers it's right in the middle of kuala lumpur. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very helpful and the breakfast is good with many varieties.
The breakfast buffet is chaotic and disorganized you would find many people coming in the opposite direction I don't know why even though the plates should signify the start of the buffet table. The staff should instruct the guests in which direction they should go instead of clashing over a tray.
Room was spacious.
Lifts were crowded and took time. Room deco appeared aged especially in the shower.
Central location but the access roads are constantly jammed.
The location, rooms are spacious and clean, staff is very forthcoming and welcoming.

The location was an absolute dream for a getaway! Situated directly opposite the mall, it offered effortless convenience, while the surrounding neighborhood boasted an incredible variety of fantastic dining spots. The vibrant energy and fantastic food made the entire experience truly unforgettable.
Excellent location, breekfast suberb, staff very good and co-operative, overall stay comfprtable, hopefully we will visit again, family fully satisfied.
Everything fine, nothing to complain, once the taxi heard our address of Marriot they would raise their fair. Overall expereince excellent.
