Pros:

Location is a big plus ! Right in the middle of the buzzing Bukit Bintang area !

Cons:

Flash Hotel with no eye for detail
Pros:

A large hotel in a Central location with helpful staff. That’s now the good stuff over with. This hotel like many others has loads of rooms, over 700 in this case. So on check in you would have thought more than 2 check in desks would have been available, but like the cash till at Tesco you will wait ages. After your long wait at check in you will have a long wait at the lifts, too many people…again. You will then get to your ok room, neither good nor bad, rather non-discript. The problem is that the room is cold, the air con is relentless. It is either cold or off, no warming function. If you want to sleep I hope you like a bed as hard as a marble kitchen counter. For me the carpeted floor was softer. If you do get to sleep you will be awoken at 08.30 by room service asking if the room can be cleaned. A sleep in is not possible. So once you are up and awake after this rather busy experience you make your way to breakfast. This is a bun fight. 100’s of people and kids in a breakfast area clearly designed for a smaller hotel. Get there early, and I mean 07.00 and it is calm and spacious with good hot food. Get there after 09.00 and it is manic. Any food that is left on the counters is cold and has not been replenished for the last two hours. So in summary the staff are all good, the hotel is in a very central location. But like many modern hotels the amount of rooms is more important than the amenities. We went in February (high season) and the hotel was just too crowded and too busy.

Great location
Pros:

Amazing location - in the middle of Bukit Bintang, and walking distance to many places (including TRX Mall). The room was spacious, clean and the bed comfortable.

Cons:

I think there were a lot of non-hotel guests just sitting around at the lobby so it can get very crowded.

Parking is not free, but you can't pay at the hotel, so you will need to get to the lower basements to access the parking machine which is a bit inconvenient. The parking lot feels a little dodgy as well.
