From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Amazing hotel with a beautiful design, great location, very clean rooms, and excellent service. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Every thing was very good
The only area that I believe could be improved is the breakfast. Although the buffet is large and offers a wide variety of options, it is heavily focused on Asian cuisine. The selection catering to Arab and other international guests is relatively limited. Adding more international and Middle Eastern breakfast options would make the experience even better.

Location is unbeatable, the room is big, clean and comfy, loved the shower/tub combo, and staff were extra nice and helpful.
To offer almond milk at breakfast (I cannot have regular or soy milk), the pool could be bigger for the amount of guests the hotel holds it is not proportional. I wanted to go in the afternoon and there were zero chairs available, so I could not go. :(

Amazing location the cleanliness is great and all the team is cooperative. Special thanks to Ms Nijum front the reception team for her kindness and great assistance during our stay
