Amazing Hotel and beautiful views
Pros:

Amazing hotel, excellent staff and the Manager Nguyen Gia Huy was both friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Breakfast was varied but mostly for Asians. Pool and gym were great. While there are restaurants in the area we found it better to get a grab and go 10 mins down the road to better choices. Beach is a 10 min walk. While the hotel is away from the busy tourist area we loved. Ming back to the peace and serenity of this hotel

Pros:

Khách sạn sang xịn mịn, view nhìn ra biển tuyệt đẹp, nhân viên thân thiện và nhiệt tình giúp đỡ, ăn sáng đa dạng món, hồ bơi rộng và dễ chịu, khách sạn nhiều phòng và nhiều tầng nhưng có 5 thang máy nên tiện di chuyển và ko chờ đợi lâu vào giờ cao điểm buổi sáng. Phòng cách âm khá tốt.

Cons:

Vị trí khá xa trung tâm, xung quanh khách sạn ít hàng quán như các khách sạn bên Trần Phú, muốn tắm biển phải đi khá xa.
TV không phải smart TV nên chỉ xem được các kênh truyền hình, không xem được YouTube.

Отличный отель, очень приятный персонал. В комнате всегда чисто и убрано. Неплохие завтраки. Потрясный вид из окна на море. До пляжа нужно пройти метров 400. Из-за того, что отель на севере, в центр придётся в основном ездить, благо транспорт недорогой

Séjour agréable dans un hôtel confortable
Pros:

La vue est magnifique.
Les plats proposés au petit déjeuner sont variés et il y a du choix. Cela m’a permit de découvrir de nouvelles saveurs. Il y a aussi du pain, du beurre….
J’ai aimé l’emplacement qui n’est pas dans le centre ville. Le quartier a des commerces, des cafés, des marchés. Je préfère cette partie de Nha Trang.
J’ai profité de la piscine, c’est un espace agréable avec une vue magnifique.
La chambre était propre, il y a de la place et la literie est très confortable.
J’ai apprécié les tongs et les peignoirs à disposition dans la chambre.
L’équipe est disponible et attentive : nous avons eu un soucis dans la salle de bain, le problème a été réglé en 5 minutes et avec une belle assiette de fruits pour le désagrément.
Le service de bagagerie nous a été très utile.
L’hôtel est calme, c’est appréciable, sauf au petit déjeuner quand on y va tôt ( avant 8h). La salle est pleine et c’est à peine si on trouve de la place pour s’asseoir. Apres 9h c’est parfait.

Cons:

Nous sommes restés 9 jours dans cet établissement, des propositions/organisation de visites pourraient être proposées. Mais nous avons fait sans et cela n’a pas été un problème.
L’équipe est à l’écoute quand on les sollicite mais les serveurs ne viennent pas spontanément vers vous lorsque vous êtes installés autour de la piscine par exemple.
