Knights Inn South Houston TX

First night I woke up with a swollen eye idk maybe because of place being infested with roaches and then wake up sick from ac unit probably has mold and also got kick out 2 days earlier than check out time for owing them 40 dollars

Absolutely the most unclean disgusting place I have ever stayed in. Woke up this morning with roaches in the bed and roaches in the bathroom crawling on the shower walls and coming out of the shower drain

This property is about 50 years old and no renovation has been done on it. The TV is still old Tube. The toilet flush is slow. Carpet is old. There was no sheet. Only a heavy quilt. The chair was of cloth and had hole in it. The location supposed to have WiFi but it is only a name on equipment setting. Technically no WiFi. The TV programs were very good and a Western channel had no commercials. The area looks unsafe, but I did not notice any unusual activity. There were no insect at all in the room and was very safe from this standpoint. Plenty of towels were available and the same with soap. Water was strong in pipes and shower was working very well. at a very close walking distance is a Chevron convenience store that complements lack of any essentials on the property such a cup of coffee in the morning.

Roaches everywhere need a exterminator ASAP

Filthy room infested with dozens of roaches. The ceiling had lots of big holes from water leaks and the toilet did not work. Worst motel I have ever seen. The health department should shut down this horrible motel.

They need to changed with the times. They need new sheets and covers. The lighting is spooky

They had roaches.. green stuff growing in the room and rhe mattress was coming apart.. Definitely a unique establishment....

I liked that it was fast and easy to get a room. The front desk lady is extremely rude and short with you. They rushed me out my room when it wasn’t even time to check out the house keeper kept barging in no knocking or anything. And they made me leave the property while I was waiting on my ride. The room was super dirty and the tv was broken and the front desk lady did nothing even when I told her.

One towel no ice bucket broken towel racks hole in bathroom wall no hot water only warm shower handle broken hair all over the bathroom. Terrible no microwave guest service was extremely rude with any accommodations

The lady Jennifer and the front desk was very very nice but we couldn’t stay there. We returned the key due to the condition of the room. It smelled bad and the bed did not have sheets on them.

Never got to stay in my room , I want my refund.when I arrived the front desk said it was no vacancies.

I didn’t stay I went in the room. And was immediately disappointed. Went the front desk and made my complaint and immediately booked with a another hotel. I expected some kind of communication.

Needed a place to crash for the nite and the front desk concierge was great super polite def made it

There is a bad smell of Mould in the room

The young man at the front counter was extremally nice, patient and helpful as I checked in. I would definitly recommend this hotel just on his wonderful customer service alone. I will use this location again without question.

The checkin was nice and friendly and quick. Quiet, and very clean.

The refrigerator didn’t work at all when I was there.
