Estrutura do hotel, projeto e construção muito boa!

Cons:

Literalmente uma ferrari na mão de pessoas que não sabem dirigir, foi uma aula de mal atendimento! Carro tem que ficar com manobrista e demora uns 20, 30 min para chegar quando pede. Restaurante demora mais de 1 hora pra servir pedidos e a recepção é uma aula de mal atendimento, não resolvem nada e tentei 2x falar com algum gestor e disseram que ele ia em procurar e estou esperando até agora... infelizmente conseguiram tornar minha hospedegam pessima num hotel com estrutura excelente! Que equipe mal preparada para atender cliente... me marcou e foi uma aula de como estragar a experiencia de um cliente... o pior atendimento em toda a minha vida e em todas as areas que fui atendido!

De todos os hotéis que já ficamos em Gramado, este com ctz foi o melhor!
Pros:

Excelente area das piscinas, especialmente nos dias frios. Lareiras e espaço na recepção tbm agradaram muito. ACADEMIA boa! Salão de beleza que atende no hotel 💘

A parte da alimentação no restaurante poderia ser mais acessível na questão valor por pessoa. Poderiam fazer as refeicoes cobradas por kg. Poderia hoje ser em torno de 250 reais o kg.E não seria exagero!Pois cada hóspede gastaria o necessário, e ficaria satisfeito!

O quarto é bom.

Cons:

Café da manha com pouca variedade, tumultuado e mal organizado. As instalações super lotadas. Impossibilitado ser uma hospedagem tranquila e de luxo. Alem da insuportavel abordagem do pessoal da GAV.
