Cons:

Nem karbantartott szállás. Zuhanyfejek lógnak, néhány szobában nincs kézi zuhany betekerve a helyére, 3 szobában voltunk 1 hét alatt, 2 szobában nem volt jo a klíma

Pros:

Location is great. Staff was friendly

Cons:

The breakfast was inedible. The jacuzzi in our room kept randomly turning on and making loud noises I suppose due to electricity issues. There was a terrible smell most of the time... Like sewage. It was very potent.

Great for the short stay!
Pros:

Location was great for our short stay. Facilities were also great, with a quick dip in the outdoor pool after a long day.

Cons:

Breakfast was quite poor with no plates and having to use saucers and a lot of food ran out. Possibly due to the time we arrived (9.30) but it should be served until 10am

Sympa surtout pour les piscines
Pros:

La chambre familiale confortable, la grande baignoire à jets, les deux belles piscines, le sauna et le hammam.

Cons:

Le service : très lent et peu avenant. Complètement dépassé pour le petit déjeuner, pas assez de tables et pas assez de parasols, c’était le combat tous les matins, nourriture médiocre, surtout le jus d’orange très sucré au goût chimique. Notre frigo ne marchait pas, nous avons dû nous plaindre maintes fois avant que le problème ne soit réglé au bout de presque 3 jours. A la piscine, une des serveuses n’était pas agréable du tout dès qu’on commandait quelque chose. Plusieurs fois, le personnel à essayé de nous arnaquer. Le prix affiché sur le menu était soit disant « ancien » ou alors le taxi commandé coûtait plus cher et finalement « ah pardon c’est bon ». Très désagréable. Pas du tout à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles, même pas d’un 4 étoiles. Même rien en fait. Car même dans un hôtel sans étoiles le service peut être bon. Très décevant sur ce point. Et ne parlons pas des prises décrochées du mur, du tableau électrique apparent dans un placard, du robinet avec un tout petit filet d’eau chaude… des petites choses normalement inacceptables dans un hôtel de ce standing.

Perfect spot for our need with a Family of 6.
Pros:

Beds: the best we ever had. Super cosy, soft & comfortable.

Staff super kind!

Rooms were spacious and well maintained. All proper and nicely made.

Location well located to go everywhere to the main spots by Tram.

Room Service: was good (but took over 50min.)

Cons:

Breakfast was for Western Europeans not ok. Coffee the worst we ever had. Breakfast place was super crowded.

Room: if you open the windows it is to loud with the AC of the other Buildings. But if you leave the windows closed it is ok.
Pool Area: all beds were taken, you could not see, were people are lying or left, as nobody takes away the towels.

Un hotel que deja mucho que desear para ser 5 estrellas
Pros:

Ubicación excelente y la habitación doble estándar es bastante cómoda. El personal amable y atento.

Cons:

El primer dia cuando llegamos, nos hicieron un ‘upgrade’ de habitación a una suite subterránea. Esta habitación estaba sucia y se caía a pedazos. Además, hay un pub justo encima y estuvimos escuchando la música hasta las 2 de la mañana. Te dicen que llaman a la policía pero no es así. (Suelen hacerle esto a prácticamente todos los huéspedes)
El desayuno no estaba nada bueno, muy poca variedad y el café malo.
La habitación doble estándar no estaba mal, sin embargo muchas de las cosas estaban rotas y a falta de mantenimiento (la bañera se encendía por la noche porque si). Para nosotros como mucho era un restaurante de tres estrellas.

Pros:

Top Lage - gutes Frühstück. Alles fußläufig erreichbar und top Anbindung an die Tram und Metro. Sehr volles Buffet zu den normalen Stoßzeiten.

Cons:

Organisation des Frühstück hätte besser sein können. Öffnungszeiten des Pools zu kurz, wenn man den ganzen Tag in der Stadt unterwegs ist.
