Cons:

Accueil et check in catastrophique , chambre attribuée à d autres personnes. Reservation une suite deluxe familiale, l’hote a voulu nous attribuer 2 chambres standarts au sous sol! Odeur renfermée cables d electricité sur les murs visibles.... j ai demandé un remboursement et n a pas voulu sejourner!

Nice rooms on the higher floors. Avoid basement.
Pros:

I liked my room from the second night onwards, VERY nice. Mustafa at reception was very professional. Emer - the concierge was very helpful. Sorry if name is mis-spelt. The area has great eating options, bureau de change, and transport links. All staff generally very good. I've been to Istanbul a few times before, it's good to be not too far from the historic centre. Hotel is immaculately clean.

Cons:

I didn't like the basement room on floor -2. I have various health problems and in a windowless room it felt claustrophobic. The interconnecting door didn't lock and had furniture pushed in front of it. I had the misfortune of having very loud talking, laughter etc from the adjoining room until 2 am. In fact I was awake the whole night. The breakfast is exactly the same every day, although it's a buffet, I would have liked change. Didn't feel like a 5 star buffet.

Pleasant, worth the money and ideally located
Pros:

The hotel is located right next to the metro make and a few minutes walk from the tram station making it very easily accessible. The property was overall clean and well maintained, the room was nice and spacious,however Some of the repair work was not done to the same standard as the rest of the hotel, but didn’t really detract from the overall experience, the breakfast had a large variety of foods and fruits as well as cereals and drinks. The best thing about the hotel was the friendly and helpful staff especially those present at the concierge desk, wafa and Amir were very nice and helped in arranging a tour and transportation. Overall a pleasant experience and I would use again.

Hôtel vieillissant. Il y a des petits détails, des finitions à refaire. Des prises qui ressortent, la tuyauterie qui doit être refaite...

Un sejur reușit scurtat de compania aeriana
Pros:

Micul dejun foarte bogat și diversificat în fiecare zi a fost altceva. Serviciul de concierge foarte util, am făcut 2 tururi unul de seară și unul de zi la prețuri avantajoase. Personalu foarte amabil și atent la dorințele exprimate. După ziua a doua am realizat că nu ai nevoie de transport în comun deoarece cel mai îndepărtat obiectiv turistic este la 26 de minute de mers pe jos. Hotel este bine poziționat și poți vizita principalele atracții mergând pe jos.

Cons:

Miros de canalizare în baie care dispare după ce faci duș. Stand în hotel de la 23 la 10 nu am apucat să discut această situație. Datorită companiei aeriene am pierdut 2 zile și a trebuit comprimat în zilele rămăsese așa că nu am avut timp să stau în hotel decât pe timpul nopții.
