The experience was disappointing. From the moment we arrived, there were bad odors in the hallways, which made the stay uncomfortable. The cleanliness was poor: we found hair balls accumulated in the hallways and common areas, showing little attention to maintenance. In addition, the room did not offer the freshness or comfort expected. Overall, the hotel needs significant improvement in cleanliness and hygiene to deliver the level of service it promises.

Lovely stay again lovely hotel been going for 7 years same hotel and always great service and lovely people we stayed in 1005 this time and was lovely close to lift and also had a love heart bath.
The cleaner that we had some days was so lovely and do loads even did swans on the bed for us

Das Hotel ist sehr billig. Bei uns kahm nur kochend heisses wasser aus dem hahn. Die türklinke vom bad war fällt immer weg, die badewanne rünnt. Der frühstücksaal katastrophe!
Terrible stay, very dirty , loud music preventing sleep

Property very old and in a poor quality, worst was that we had room with no windows and underground next to staff rooms, very noisy at night time, poor sound proof of the rooms, it was beautiful hotel but it was run down badly, pictures probably was done 10 years ago, even a pool area handles are broken everything was used and abused:) location is very good, walking distance to all old town

Good stay, clean room
A beautiful hotel situated in the heart of the Fatih district of Istanbul. Attractions like Sultanahmet masjid, Valence aqueduct and Galata bridge are within walkable distance. Lalali is right behind the hotel. There are restaurants all around the hotel. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. They also informed us in person about their accommodations like their Turkish hammams and their tour programs.
The staff were somewhat rude and not helpful. The noises from the restaurant dis not let is sleep. All through till about 4am. Receptionnstagg where not helpful despite complaining suggesting we should wait 2 days before a room change. Thisis the worst 5star hotel ever. The rooms are small do not be deceived by the pictures.
All was good excepting for condition of hotel.

Aksam yemeginde pilav makarna ve tavuk menusu olan 5 yildizi neye gore alsigini anlamadigimiz bir otel. Gittigimizde terasta tadilat vardi o yuzden manzara yorumu yapamayacagim zira kaldigimiz odanin penceresi de yoktu. Banyoda kurtlar vardi ilk kez boyle birsyee sahit oldum. Kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum kahvalti disinda hicbirsey fotograflarda gorundugu gibi degil
Great value deal for room plus half board (i.e. breakfast and dinner) that was noteworthy. Beds were also very comfy, a hybrid of spring and memory foam. Finally, the air conditioning was very effective at tempering the flaming Turkish summers.

Room was in basement without window and too hot with no fresh air- was booked for a premium . Hotel made an excuse there online pictures are just the “best version” of what the room could look like not actually what you should expect
I have booked a family room months ago. When I arrive with my family they said they dont have space and is full booked up. I cant understand how that is even possible when i have booked and payed everything months ago.
They moved us to another hotel - staff cant even speak clear english. Stupid staff and not 5 star service. I cant recommend this hotel to anyone. Please safe your money and use to stay somewhere else.
Breakfast is not like 5 star - nothing good to say about this place.
Food was poor for breakfast and dinner. If an item ran out, it wasnt replenished, including basics like tea and coffee. Towels also "finished" if you went to the pool too late. A shame becuase other than that it was ok.
The deluxe room next to the dining area is cut off and is much smaller. We asked the receptionist to change the room but there's no more room available(?). The carpet is so dirty that we have to use towels to cover it. Very loud music until 2:00 am. Not sure how they got the 4 star rating?

The hotel is great! Close to main attractions. Also very close to metro-station. Breakfast and dinner are great. Staff is helpful and very polite, especially Marat and Iliat! Great hotel, great service! We enjoyed a lot!
