El espacio, que tenía lavarropas y sistema de secado en la ducha, la ubicación, muy cerca de todo, el silencio del lugar.
Que la cortina era de papel y no bloqueaba la entrada de la luz del día, así que desde pasadas las 5 am estaba completamente iluminada la habitación
Nous étions dans un quartier agréable, à un arrêt en métro de la gare de Kyoto, à une quinzaine de minutes à pied de Gion, Ponto Cho alley et du Nishiki market. L'appartement était propre.
Les matelas étaient fort durs et inconfortables. L'appartement était un peu juste pour 4 personnes.
Le logement était très propre et l'ensemble des services aussi. Le personnel à l'accueil était bienveillant et répondait parfaitement si nécessaire. Je recommande
Le couchage était très propre mais le lit était légèrement trop dure ( mais c'est un avis personnel car celui-ci peut parfaitement convenir à d'autres clients)
La chambre était assez grande avec du rangement et propre. Salle de bain plutôt grande pour le Japon. L’emplacement était très bien et au calme.
Les matelas étaient un peu trop fermes.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would come back. Great location and a relatively short walk from Kyoto Station. Room was a very good size and had great facilities - washing machine and drying room that doubled as a shower and bath area. Great to be able to cook your own meals.
If you’re booking in the short/medium term maybe ask for a room at the front of the building versus the back as there is a lot of construction (large hotel or apartments). I do think that this hotel provider should be transparent about this when making a booking. Often we were woken around 6am from construction noise.
Also, perhaps it was just us but the extractor fan in the toilet wasn’t able to be turned off which can be a little noisy. Sometimes the vibration from the fridge would create a loud rattle noise during the night with the microwave on top.

Great apartments in perfect location in Kyoto! We loved our stay at Hotel Mondonce - the large rooms are perfect for families. The location was amazing so many nice cafes and restaurants in walking distance and out of the super busy tourist area

The apartment was very well appointed and located in a quiet street, but easy to get to the main area by the canals where the cherry blossoms were in full bloom.
Staff were helpful and friendly. There was an area to leave luggage before we left.
We would definitely stay there again on a visit to Kyoto.
