I felt targeted and discriminated due to my service dogs did not feel comfortable going to have breakfast.
Pros:

It’s a pretty community. It’s close to a lot of restaurants a lot of sightseeing so that area was a pretty good rating.

Cons:

Your staff is not knowledgeable about the service animal. I have a service animal and one that is in training. I’ve had my service animal for 10 years and it’s trying to train another one because mine is getting older so we’re in the process of training one and your staff wasn’t aware that training was at service animal which I explained it’s not yet a service animal however he is a service animal in training so he needs to understand that in order to train your service animal he the animal needs to go to the areas that you frequent travel, restaurants everywhere practically that I go he wasn’t very courteous. He made me feel like my animals and I were dirty. He told us not to go to the kitchen area so I told him where am I supposed to eat? My husband was there on business and he said well you can eat outside it’s humid hot so I was very disappointed that somebody saw me different and I am no different than anybody else. I also requested a lower level due to my condition and he said we don’t have any. We just have two rooms available. I saw other rooms available he didn’t even try to look in the system and see if there was a possibility he could accommodate me and he didn’t. We were literally arguing while other visitors were behind me and that was extremely embarrassing. We also notified him that there was the body wash. I believe someone pulled it out from the wall when we got into our room. My husband made him aware that same day and he said he would send someone to fix it after two days we left, but still not fixed.

We will be back
Pros:

The free breakfast is really good but the real fun is the pool/hot tub. There are multiple fire pits also that are lit nightly.

Location . Decent breakfast.

Cons:

Didn’t tell us housekeeping was only on request. Found trash behind armchair when I moved it away from the a/c unit. Had a funky sulfur smell when the a/c fan came on. Actual room was not represented well in the site photos. Expected something different.

Lage perfekt - Hotel eher wie ein Ferien Camp
Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt ! Direkt Fuß läufig in die Stadt also den Ort direkt ! Pool war schön jedoch hatte ein Pool zu und der zweite war dementsprechend voller Kinder !! Allgemein waren in dem Hotel unglaublich viele Familien und Kinder - es wirkte wie ein Ferien Camp für Kinder ! Parkplatz war kostenlos und Frühstück war wirklich in Ordnung ! Liegen am Pool waren sehr schön ! Es hatte irgendwie etwas cooles - also es wirkte wie Urlaub in dem Hotel zu sein ! Preis ist etwas zu hoch aber ansonsten war es schon besonders!

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren nicht sauber - der Boden war wirklich schmutzig und hat beim gehen geklebt sodass wir nochmals darum bitten mussten dass gereinigt wird ! Das Bad war sehr in die Jahre gekommen und nicht sauber und auch zum Teil kaputt und alt ! Klima war unfassbar laut !

Nice place, would stay again
Pros:

Great place to stay - near the main street, rooms have been nicely updated. The best thing was their outdoor area, we loved sitting by the fire pit in the evening.

Cons:

The towel rack in the bathroom was SO rusty. Please replace it.

Cons:

They put us in a room next to men working on the stairs with loud machinery which continued all day until 5pm. Also the controller for the yv didn’t work. I went back 4 times and they exchanged controllers. None ever worked. I got tired of going back to the office. Frustrating, couldn’t relax or nap

Schönes Hotel nahe zur kleinen Innenstadt
Pros:

Schöne Zimmer zur Poolseite, der Pool und Whirlpool sind sehr schön nach einem Tag in der texanischen Hitze. Gutes Frühstück, kann man draußen am offenen Kamin auf der Terrasse genießen. Man kann bequem Downtown, Restaurants und kleine Läden zu Fuß erreichen.

Cons:

Leider wurden tagsüber Bauarbeiten durchgeführt, die etwas laut waren.
