Fantastic
Pros:

Fantastic hotel. This is my second time there, after a lot of years and everything remain perfect. Rooms big and modern, good wifi and amazing pool and spa. Maintenance is great, so all seems to be new. Very good breakfast. I miss a gym in the installations but there is an external one very close, so this is the place to stay when in Fredericksburg.

The property was very peaceful and had a romantic vibe to it.

Perfect location!!
Pros:

The location is awesome, the staff at the front desk was super nice but not as knowledgeable about fredericksburg as I'd expect for a tourist town, the pool area was so cute... great for families!

Cons:

Our room didn't have towels in it when we arrived and we weren't sure that the bedding had actually been changed out. Since they don't have a large staff on duty, we had to go back to the office to get our own towels and bedding, as opposed to someone bringing them to us- as it was an inconvenience to not have those provided.

Overall great stay, definitely would be at the top of my list if I visit Fredericksburg again.
Pros:

Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, breakfast and friendly staff.

Cons:

There were some areas taped off that made me have to walk a little extra to get to my room.

This inn is an excellent value within walking distance to downtown restaurants and stores.
Pros:

Room was very comfortable. The pool is fabulous. Breakfast offerings were excellent.

Cons:

Toilet was clogged when we arrived. We had to wait for coffee the first day, and for hot water the second day. Perhaps staff could have paid better attention to these amenities.

Pros:

We loved the pool, the morning breakfast, and the location is wonderful. It is in walking distance to shopping, restaurants and bars and entertainment. The customer service and the room was top notch as well!.

Amazing location

Nice retreat next to downtown, with great pool
Pros:

Location is great, with outstanding value for money. The outdoor pool is great, especially with kids in the middle of the summer when it can be really hot outside. Good breakfast too!

Cons:

Some details can be improved: staff was not always aware of what was going on (did not know the gluten free offer at breakfast - that was actually really good instead, towels by the pool were not there on one day and after asking the reception they told us someone was going to take care of it but nobody did). Better communication can help.
Also, if you take one of the pool side rooms, be aware that the pool is open until 10pm so it gets really noisy with all the kids and young adults playing if you have little ones that you are trying to put to bed earlier. Next time we will ask for a different room

Cons:

At about 10 till 11 pm the pool was packed and super noisy. We were 2nd level poolside and could.t sleep. Should close pool at least by 10 pm.
