10/10 all around
Pros:

Kind staff, very accomodating and easy check-in/out. Great location as well, super close to the beach, many nearby restaurants, the famous buddah statue and walkable distance from central market. The room was very comfortable and clean upon my arrival.

羽田空港周辺で安く泊まると割り切るならアリ

駅から近い、建物の2軒横並びにマイバスケットがあるので便利
内装は新しく、清潔感がある

Cons:

浴室はシャワーブースのみで浴槽がない、歯ブラシもない、冷蔵庫は到着後電源を入れる方式なので冷えてない、製氷機もない

過不足なし、ロケーションよくリーズナブルで快適！
Pros:

京急蒲田駅から至近だがリーズナブルで快適。アメニティなど自分でいろいろすることがあるが、機能的で快適！浴室はシャワーだけだがきれいで問題なし。

Cons:

特に思い付きません。
あえていえばスリッパが見当たらずフロントに聞いたらもらえた。最初から、ナイトウェアや歯ブラシなどと一緒に自分でとるとわかるようにしてあったらなあ。
