Pros:

Pagué casi 200 dólares por noche, es el peor hotel que ya me hospedé, personal no es amable, no es servicial, no hablan inglés, ellos cobran por limpiar el cuarto, ellos cobran por usar la TV, ellos tenían el horno microondas sucio y con restos de comida, ellos cobran aire acondicionado es pequeño y portátil, lo único positivo que la cámara estuvo cómoda y cerca de la estación de tren.
No les recomiendo de ninguna forma este hotel, pésima atención, pésimo servicio, demasiado caro, el personal no habla inglés h no hace el esfuerzo por comunicarse con el huésped y apoyarlo.

Cons:

La atención, el servicio, que se paga por limpiar la habitación, que se paga usar la TV, que el personal no responde el saludo.

Not for the next trip
Pros:

I like the hotel shuttle bus which is on time and convenient.

Cons:

The room is not cleaned, we found many toenails on the beds. The equipment in room is very old and we have to pay extra money to move to another room which is not that old. But the biggest issue and most disgusting thing is Many Big Dirty ToeNails on our beds!!!

アメニティがお部屋のあるとは限らないという、社会勉強になった。
Pros:

翌朝、駅近な上に、早朝出発の羽田空港にアクセスするのに便利で、利用して良かった。

Cons:

1階エレベーター前のアメニティ、特に歯ブラシについて、お部屋にないことがわからず、部屋に上がる前に知りたかった。受付スタッフがいたのに、チェックインにとまっどいても、やや無愛想て、もちろん、知らんぷりで、できれば、歯ブラシのことなども、一言声をかけて欲しかった。
　逆に、早朝のチェックアウトの時は、違うスタッフが受付にいて、対応が感じ良かった。
