I never got to my room as the hotel had somehow overbooked. I was made to wait for an hour after checkin for a message which never arrived. I had to change my clothes in a dirty bathroom on the conference level to get to a reception I was invited to. I found out that I did not have a room after I got back to the hotel at 7:30pm following my reception. I was placed at a hotel that 20 minutes of a drive north of the hotel I had intentionally booked to be close to my conference.
On top of all of this, the front desk staff was actually rude towards many of us when we had all of our plans obliterated.
I appreciate being placed in an uber and not having to pay for my stay, but it unfortunately doesn’t make up for the added stress of having to change the entirety of my plans during what was already a short and stressful trip.
Everything was great !!!! 😃
Nothing !!!
Everything was excellent. Customer service was outstanding at all levels.
There was nothing not to like
Good location -walking distance to CFG Bank Arena
No valet parking-self parking lot adjacent to hotel is prepaid only. Received $100 parking ticket ; thought you paid upon exiting garage
Great experience, staff was very friendly, clean room, view of snow. The crab chowder was delicious, also honey obay.okay. Pleasant night sleep, very quiet.
Cleanliness, location, and friendly helpful staff
Hot tub wasn’t open and pool was cold
The hotel is clean and beautiful. Kisha allowed us and early check in and was extremely accommodating. Each staff member we came across was very friendly and helpful. The pillows weren't comfortable and the shower head could be updated. Besides that, we had an amazing stay!
The room was great. Clean and comfortable.
The cold and snow outside
Derrick was awesome, he helped us with our bags and up to our room. He made us feel very comfortable being our first visit. We stayed at the hotel so we could take our 3 year old to the aquarium and it was his birthday and Derrick made him feel special and left him a surprise piece of cake and chocolate in the room. As we were leaving he also helped us out. Would definitely return because of him!
The AC in the room didn’t work that well but it was comfortable.
Clean a lot to offer
I thought I had a view of the harbor parking was a headache
Staff, location, atmosphere, cleanliness
The location, size of rooms and the underground parking garage were perfect.
Breakfast was included but everyday we were presented with barriers when we went to be seated. Initially told we weren’t on a list then told we were on the list. Then approached twice while eating about a voucher. I had to go to the front desk twice b/c of the challenges.
Upon arrival the hotel should provide guest with general information about their stay. Including the logistics about breakfast, etc..
Also, some towels had stains on them and had to ask for replacement.
