Cleanliness, location, and friendly helpful staff
Hot tub wasn’t open and pool was cold
The room was great. Clean and comfortable.
The cold and snow outside
Derrick was awesome, he helped us with our bags and up to our room. He made us feel very comfortable being our first visit. We stayed at the hotel so we could take our 3 year old to the aquarium and it was his birthday and Derrick made him feel special and left him a surprise piece of cake and chocolate in the room. As we were leaving he also helped us out. Would definitely return because of him!
The AC in the room didn’t work that well but it was comfortable.
Clean a lot to offer
I thought I had a view of the harbor parking was a headache
The location, size of rooms and the underground parking garage were perfect.
Breakfast was included but everyday we were presented with barriers when we went to be seated. Initially told we weren’t on a list then told we were on the list. Then approached twice while eating about a voucher. I had to go to the front desk twice b/c of the challenges.
Upon arrival the hotel should provide guest with general information about their stay. Including the logistics about breakfast, etc..
Also, some towels had stains on them and had to ask for replacement.
Staff, location, atmosphere, cleanliness
Room
The location was in a nice proximity of what we were there to see. The staff was very nice and the hotel was clean. For a last minute reservation, it fit the bill on all fronts.
There's a parking deck in the building connected to the hotel and a lot across the street so it was a little confusing as to which one should be the primary. There was only one elevator working and the A/C seemed to be broken on the ground floor so it was toasty, especially for staff running around. They said that had just happened and it seemed to be fixed by the time we left. The room was not impacted! The staff didn't see our reservation via booking.com and had to do a little searching to find it so make sure they're not trying to charge you twice. We did pay for breakfast with the stay but were told the buffet was not up during the week - we ordered so it worked out. If you're needing a handicap room be aware that those rooms may be extremely far from the elevators.
The location was perfect for me! It wasn’t far from the airport and it was close to the event I came to attend which was a wedding. I arrived earlier then check in time but since a room was available they allowed me to get checked in instantly! That gave me time go to began to get ready for a wedding I had to attend at 5pm. My stay was short but I do plan on returning next time in Baltimore!
Everything was excellent!
We wasn’t served breakfast we asked over and over
The whole hotel was in a party mood we couldn’t sleep
Wonderful Breakfast
No pool
Breakfast
Bad service and they lock our door 3 times and make us walk to the host stand which was like 30 mins away since they only have 1 elevator available
