Fed Lies
Pros:

The guy that checked me in was nice. But aside from that a lot was lacking.

Cons:

I called the day prior to have me expedited for an early check in. I told them I didn’t care what room I stayed in. Any available room so I could get some sleep. When I arrived, couldn’t check in until later in the day. Very disappointed. I work for Marriott and if I didn’t have the availability which is rare to not have a single room out of 100s. But non the less would have been walked to a different location that had ready rooms. But wasn’t given that option either. Very poor experience due to this inconvenience.

Not bad but too expensive for a quick overnight
Pros:

I liked having my dog stay with me. The mattress was extremely comfortable and the water was hot.

Cons:

The location was a pain to navigate even at my
Midnight arrival. Parking was extra and very expensive. I had to park and pay before checkin. For the price I expected a free bottle of water. It was clean enough but my dog did immediately find a fake eyelash on the carpet so they need a stronger vacuum. If I was on a leisurely vacation and could try amenities this would be nice. For a quick crash (I stayed 12am to 7:15am) it was too much money and not much value for an on the go traveler.

Nice Facility. Incredibly Rude Check-in Staff
Pros:

Stayed at this hotel over the weekend, the room was nice. The facility seemed fresh but the front desk staff were incredibly rude and inefficient. When we went to check in we waited quite some time while someone was checking in 20 or 30 guests before a wedding. We had a titanium elite status and could not get a late checkout due. Terrible communication skills and fairly certain the reason we weren't able to get a late check out was due to all the guests staying in the hotel at the wedding having late checkout. I doubt they all had status and unfortunately our 4:00 p.m. guarantee was not honored. Again a nice hotel. Absolutely horrible front staff.

Unacceptable
Cons:

I never got to my room as the hotel had somehow overbooked. I was made to wait for an hour after checkin for a message which never arrived. I had to change my clothes in a dirty bathroom on the conference level to get to a reception I was invited to. I found out that I did not have a room after I got back to the hotel at 7:30pm following my reception. I was placed at a hotel that 20 minutes of a drive north of the hotel I had intentionally booked to be close to my conference.

On top of all of this, the front desk staff was actually rude towards many of us when we had all of our plans obliterated.

I appreciate being placed in an uber and not having to pay for my stay, but it unfortunately doesn’t make up for the added stress of having to change the entirety of my plans during what was already a short and stressful trip.
