Everything!!!! Horrible experience by quality inn.

The whole building where the rooms are and the office was a disaster area

Nothing it was eat up with roaches people were doing meth outside of my door and needles were laying on the ground outside, I had to rent a different hotel that night and they are refusing my refund 😑

Don't stay there. It's not a good place.

The room was dirty and smelled like smoke . It was roaches on the table as soon as we walked in. the bathroom tub had a huge red spot in it. The bed smelled like pee. And there was a huge dog outside of our room that kept barking. There were barely any inside lights working in the halls

No recomiendo a nadie hospedarse aqui.. las habitaciones tienen olor a cigarros o otra sustancia..

Location was horrible. Upon arrival. I had to wait 10 minutes for staff to unlock the door to check in that says a lot about the environment. They gave me a room told me to go upstairs and triple check for anything I don’t like which gave me pause. Entering the room, the beds were visibly dirty towers were brown and reeked of cigarette smoke.

It’s was nasty do not book . It was thousands of bugs flying in the hall biting and the room was nasty with mold

This is a low cost room so that has to be taken into account. Not comparing to a Hampton or some such level of hotel. That said, very little worked in the room. TV broken. Water pressure was so low it was difficult to take a shower. Security wise, the doors opened in but the exterior door was not locked so anyone off the street could enter. There was one towel and wash cloth. I was alone so that was sufficient. It wouldn't be if there were more than one person. Stains on bedding. Room was OK in cleanliness but the hall outside was completely cluttered. The smell of pot in the halls was so strong that it leaked into the room. I guess those partaking went to bed after 10pm because the smell began to subside. When you pay less you should expect less but there is some foundational things one should expect at any cost. I did not partake of the breakfast because I really wanted to leave. Also, I have not been refunded my $100 deposit yet so there is that. Such deposits are not required at more expensive hotels. I understand deposits when there are pets. A deposit of 2x the nightly fare seems excessive but it might reflect the sort of damage and stolen items they see from people who stay in the hotel.

Truly I had no issues not to like property about.

Very dirt

Everything. Stayed 2 mights, both nights someone OD. Smoke alarms needed battery changes towels were dirty, out door locks broken cameras not working breakfast was a joke.

Los pasillos tienen un fuerte golpe a marihuana impregnada en sus alfombras, las paredes y pisos están bastante sucios! El desayuno ofrecido solo es cereal y leche, la piscina estaba sucia, el aire de mi habitación estaba descompuesto, mi llave no funcionó después de las 10am del último día y los trabajadores no te dan indicaciones, son poco amables

The room stinks and covers was dirty

Almost everything. The bed was dirty, there were crackheads outside the building, it was run down, and it had a super strong smell of weed in the building. I got a refund not too long after I got to my room.

First room was not clean alot of damage as well as having cockroaches scurring around moved to another room that one had cockroaches as well was not swept or dusted tub not cleaned sink and counter not wiped no hot water told they only clean once a week that only consist of flipping the sheet over and making the bed I gave a cockroache to the front desk as my unhappy evidence and their breakfast was not a meal it was a un apetizing liquid do it your self if all Quality Inn is like this I will not use them again
