Exelente atención por parte del personal de hotel

Cons:

En el tema del televisor y el control me di dieron uno dañado y la puerta de la ducha del baño estaba dañada, deben de mejorar en esos puntos, y en la seguridad de las puertas las ventanas deberían ser polarizados para ver desde adentro pero de afuera no se vea nada internamente.

Pros:

en general estuvo aceptable el servicio pero no se respetó el tipo de habitación que solicité por esta pagina hoteles.com, mi habitación solicitada y pre-pagada era con vista al mar y me dieron una de pasillo, en general el servicio bueno, pero si muy descontenta con la pagina de hoteles.com por vender algo que el hotel no tenía disponible.
