Quiet and peaceful family room
Pros:

Our room was spacious, bright, and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool. The room was so quiet and dark at night, which was important to us. The facilities were clean, there was good water pressure and free filtered drinking water. The breakfast options were simple but absolutely adequate and because there were choices on the breakfast menu, you could have some variety while staying over several days. The staff were kind and helpful - they allowed us a late checkout and stored our luggage for a day while we were waiting for a night bus. We rented bikes to get to the beach and into the city; the villa is right on a pathway for bikes and motos so you can avoid some of the heavy traffic to the beach. We also appreciated the pool every afternoon.

Cons:

This spot is about halfway between the beach and the Old Quarter of Hoi An. It does require transportation or frequent Grabs if you want to go anywhere. We had a bit of trouble getting a Grab to pick us up one evening but since we had bikes most of the time, this wasn't a huge issue. If you're looking to be in the middle of it all, this might not be the best choice. However, if you're looking for something quiet and accessible, this is a good choice.

La chambre était vraiment super, dommage que ce soit un peu éloigné du centre ville et de la plage pour y aller a pied, la piscine est vraiment incroyable et la dame de l accueil est vraiment adorable, très bon séjour !!

Awesome place in Hoi An!
Pros:

Everything. Ly was the best host! She was super nice with us, arranged a scooter for us and helped is with everything. Also Ly cooked for us a yummy breakfast every morning, we are gonna miss this place and her omlettes! Room was great and quiet. Location was awesome, between old town and the beach. If I come back to Hoi An I will return to this beauty place. I recommend this hidden gem 100%. Thanks Ly!

The staff is friendly, the room is clean, the linen is clean, overall it's good. Good price-quality ratio.

Cons:

The noise from the construction work behind the fence woke us up early at 6 a.m. Clients should be warned about such things in advance.

Séjour parfait et coin superbe
Pros:

Le séjour était parfait - la dame de la reception adorable - elle nous a beaucoup aidés - elle s’est constamment assurée que tout allait bien pour nous - les lanternes à pied assez proche et des vélos mis à disposition nous ont permis de nous promener au jardins partagés et nous avons été avec les vélos jusqu’à la plage - nous avons même prolongé notre séjour tellement la ville et les environs nous ont plu- bravo à cet établissement
