Parking voiture pratique.
Le chauffage fonctionnait beaucoup trop fort, et était impossible à régler, même en ouvrant la fenêtre.
Petit dejeuner mi-buffet, incomplet, et mi à la carte mais avec un service beaucoup trop long.

Ambianța caldă conferita,de personal,de designul interior mobilier,a doua oara am locuit in camera VIP,foarte spatioasa.
Tot personalul este in armonie ,interconectat si asta se transmite si oaspetilor.
Mi a placut atat interactiunea de la receptie,Cristi,dar si colegul lui ,responsabilii de la restaurant si am avut ocazia sa interactionez cu bucatarul sef,pe t amenu.
Am sa revin chiar saptaamana aceasta ,maine.

We stayed from Friday to Sunday. The location is absolutely stunning – the building itself is a true historic monument, the rooms are beautiful, and the overall atmosphere is elegant and refined. The view of the Palace of Parliament is spectacular. From an architectural and aesthetic perspective, the hotel truly lives up to expectations.
The major issue occurred on Saturday, when there was a power outage. Unfortunately, there seemed to be no clear policy or proactive approach from the hotel in handling the situation. It was surprising that, in a hotel of this level, such an incident was treated as if it were normal, without solutions or any form of compensation. My partner was delayed for an important meeting because of this.
As beautiful as the location is, the way this situation was managed was upsetting. What could have been a truly pleasant stay for the 14th of February, turned into a ... Unexpected... experience.

I liked everything
The room was spacious enough to invite few friends to celebrate my birthday with a glass of champagne. It was very elegant and upscale, featuring a large balcony with a beautiful view of the Palace of the Parliament.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Suter Palace Heritage Boutique Hotel. The hotel has so much character and charm — it feels elegant and unique rather than generic.
Our room and balcony were very spacious, and the view of the Palace of the Parliament was absolutely stunning. Waking up to that view was a highlight of our trip.
The staff were amazing — warm, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The breakfast was also excellent, with great quality and variety.
Overall, a memorable experience and we would definitely stay again.
