Totul a fost perfect! Hotelul este de o eleganță deosebită, staff-ul a dat dovadă de profesionalism chiar și în momentul în care am întâmpinat o mică problemă cu scurgerea de la cadă care se blocase la ora 22:00, iar domnul de la recepție a venit personal în cameră să încerce să repare scurgerea, insistând ca în cazul în care nu se repară să ne schimbe camera. De asemenea, ne-am dat seama că am uitat o placă de păr în cameră după ce am plecat de la hotel, am anunțat situația și în maxim 15 minute am fost sunați că placa a fost găsită și este la recepție, iar atunci când putem, să venim să o luăm. Micul dejun a fost fabulos, atât cu preparate sărate cât și dulci, sucuri de fructe proaspete și cafea, acesta fiind pentru toate gusturile și nu ai cum să nu găsești ceva să nu îți placă. De asemenea, ți se oferă și ocazia să comanzi ouă proaspăt gătite (omletă, ou ochi, etc.). De asemenea, am mâncat desertul în cadrul restaurantului Gramont din hotel și putem recomanda cu încredere tarta cu pere care a fost spectaculos de bună!

Отель просто великолепен. Комнаты, чистота, уют, великолепный завтрак, бесплатный паркинг, расположение. И исключительно внимательный персонал, начиная от рецепции и заканчивая рестораном и залом завтраков. Огромное спасибо всем.

Amazing hotel with huge, beautiful rooms and decorative areas. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good too. Overall fantastic value for money.

Нам не помогли занести чемоданы, сервис на очень низком уровне. Уже с порога ощущается неприятный затхлый запах. Самое странное, не работала система, поэтому нам не выдали ключи от номера. Персонал абсолютно не клиенториентированный. Вечером ресторан оказался закрыт, а рядом с отелем ничего нет, даже негде поесть.
В номерах повсюду пыль, стоит неприятный запах, давно пора обновить номерной фонд. Ковролин грязный и пыльный, дышать было тяжело. Если у вас есть аллергия, это место точно не подойдёт. В итоге мы отказались здесь останавливаться, но деньги нам не вернули, даже за последующие ночи. Мы переехали в intercontinental, пришлось оплачивать повторно. Но мы не пожалели, шикарный сервис, чистые носовые номера
The staff were amazing! I recall Christian, Daniel and Damien by name, but was also impressed by the accommodating breakfast team and all the other attentive staff.
The hotel itself is beautiful - our room had this exquisite pink decor, much prettier than some of the rooms advertised. All furnishings exude vintage grandeur and sumptuous pampering - I would't change a single item.
Rooms are very large and beautifully maintained.
Toiletries are by Eight and Bob, a luxury brand that smells divine!
I'd stay here again and again and again! One of the best hotels I've had the honor and pleasure to stay in - thank you :)
It's not a complaint per se, but I had to ask several times for the hand-cream in our room to be topped up. It was almost empty when we arrived, and we requested a top up right away as the little of it that was present was divine!
