Велеколепный отель. Очень чисто . Персонал очень вежлевый ,внемательный. Завтрак вкусный. Ресторан отличный. Очень понравилось в такой отель хочется возвращатся. Очень удевило обслуживани . Отель и обслуживание оставил очень теплые воспоминание. Номер просто шикарный ,королевский ,кравать мягкая и удобная . Мы с мужем остались очень давольны от гостиницы.

Прекрасный отель , продлили свое пребывание , не хотелось уезжать
Pros:

Очень красивый отель , расположенный в бывшем мини - дворце. Расположение понравилось. Красивые виды, недалеко идти до города , и можно проехаться на такси. Прекрасный вкусный завтрак, хороший ресторан. Все очень эстетично. Нам сделали бесплатный апгрейд номера. Прекрасная косметика в ванной.;Все понравилось .

Cons:

Хотела купить духи , выставленные на ресепшене для рекламы- продажи. Спрашивала несколько раз, так и не привезли. И это все )

mooi maar de cliëntenservice is niet echt klantvriendelijk

mooie locatie en romantische atmosfeer en sfeervolle kamers
het ontbijt verzorgd en vriendelijke bediening
goede prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding

Cons:

het terras waar je kunt ontbijten zou heel aangenaam kunnen zijn, maar de meeste ontbijttafels staan pal on de zon. Met wat zonneschermen zou dit probleem eenvoudig kunnen geregeld worden.
Het onthaal aan de receptie is correct maar nogal koud en formalistisch.
Geen toeristische informatie verkrijgbaar aan de receptie. Dit is een no go voor een boetiekhotel !
Wij reserveerden een tafeltje op het balkon met prachtig uitzicht voor het avondmaal en plots leek deze tafel gereserveerd voor een andere cliënt door de “maître d’hôtel” die deze zaak op een weinig vriendelijke manier regelde door ons naar een andere tafel te verwijzen en ons te verstaan te geven dat niet zijn collega maar hij de “baas” was …. niet echt commercieel en absoluut niet klantvriendelijk.
Toen wij bemerkten dat wij aan de toegewezen tafel pal in de sigarettenrook van een andere tafel zaten, hebben wij de tafel verlaten en onze avondmaaltijd geannuleerd.
Dit gaf ons het gevoel echt niet “thuis” te zijn in dit hotel en behandeld te worden als een nummer !
Conclusie : mooie locatie en accommodatie maar negatieve ervaring in het restaurant met uitzondering van de lieve dame die het ontbijt verzorgde

Bardzo luksusowy hotel z profesjonalną i dyskretną obsługą, z rewelacyjnym umiejscowieniem. Pokój był ogromny, bogato urządzony, z super widokiem na parlament (VIP), z luksusowymi kosmetykami w bardzo dużej łazience. Gorąco polecamy👍👍👍

​Дизайн и интерьер: Отель действительно красивый, задумка хорошая, интерьеры приятные.

​Языковой барьер: Персонал говорит на румынском (для меня это родной язык, проблем в общении не было), в целом на словах пытаются быть любезными.

​Решение локальных проблем: Когда я спустился по поводу грязных полотенец, администратор извинился и заменил их.

Cons:

Заселение и сервис при заезде: Приехали поздно (около 22:30). Всё закрыто, из еды — только перекусы в баре. Администратор буквально «вылез из-за стенки», выдал ключи и даже не подумал предложить помощь с чемоданами или подсказать, где лифт.

​Полный игнор пожеланий при бронировании: Заранее писал в отель и просил три вещи: чистоту, ванну и хороший вид (с другой стороны здания отлично виден Парламент и город). Из трёх пунктов формально получил только ванну, да и та разочаровала.

​Чистота (натянутая тройка): Просил чистый номер, так как для меня это критично. Итог — с точностью до наоборот. На полу крошки и мусор (плохо пропылесосили), изголовье кровати в рюшах покрыто вековой пылью. Одно из больших банных полотенец было старым и дырявым, второе — в круглых пятнах от кофейной чашки. Ковёр при входе в отель тоже требует глубокой чистки или замены.

​Номер и ванная: Вместо хорошего обзора окна выходили на входную зону и разворотный круг для машин — видели только кусок улицы и маленькую статую. Сама ванна крошечная, с чисто символическим стеклышком: мыться неудобно, вся вода летит прямо на пол.

​Проблемы со сном (кровать и кондиционер): Кровать вроде бы большая, но спать было крайне некомфортно. У матраса по краям нет жесткого каркаса/ободка: стоит чуть приблизиться к краю, и ты буквально скатываешься на пол, приходится спать строго по центру. Мы приехали в очень жаркие дни, кондиционер охлаждал нормально, но каждые 3–4 часа сам по себе отключался. Каждую ночь приходилось просыпаться в поту, вставать и включать его заново.

​Завтрак (уровень ниже 3 звёзд): Полный провал для «пятизвёздочного» отеля. Выбор скудный. Никаких йогуртов или нормальной молочки. Нарезка сыра и пастромы (всего по 2 вида) выложена буквально поштучно — берёшь один кусочек и думаешь, хватит ли тем, кто придёт позже. Стоят какие-то недельные стаканчики с кефиром и чиа, к которым никто не прикасается.

The hotel was nice, staff were mostly extremely helpful and friendly, breakfast freshly cooked menu was excellent and it was very clean. Extra points for the mini fridge actually working as intended and complimentary water/coffee being replenished every morning.

Cons:

Beds could use an upgrade, my side was giving and bad while my wife's was perfect. The a/c stopping every x number of hours is a bit of an issue during the night.

Also something that might not be relevant always, but during my stay the roads around the hotel were all closed/being closed so it was a bit difficult to move when we had to use a cab.
