O hotel é lindo, tudo muito limpo e os colaboradores todos muito educados.
Da localização, do café, do tamanho do quarto que era bem grande e do atendimento das meninas na recepção.
Não gostei das instalações do quarto, ele era grande porém escuro, faltava um espelho grande/inteiro, telefone do quarto não funcionava e o banheiro tinha infiltrações e vazamento pelo teto e pelo chão. Fiz a reclamação e depois de 2 dias resolveram o vazamento do chão e apareceu um no teto que pingava na nossa cabeça quando estávamos sentado no vaso sanitário, com isso o piso do banheiro vivia molhado, e com o frio que fazia lá e mais o piso molhado parecia que estávamos pisando em gelo. Fiz vários vídeos dos vazamentos e infiltrações e não consegui colocar aqui
