Zimmer wurde nie geputzt 7 Tage am Stück. Frühstück ist fast food und viel zu teuer
Room smelled like weed, no remote for the tv and front desk couldn’t find another remote. Was told remote would be brought in the morning and housekeeping would clean the room, both didn’t happen. There is no complimentary breakfast, which for $200 a night seems ridiculous, especially when every other hotel in that same area has it. The trash cans in the room didn’t have trash bags in them, they were folded and hanging over the side of the cans.
The property was clean and close to a lot of nice restaurants.

Location was great, was 8 mins away from my daughter and her family.
The bfast was substandard for what you charged. I ended up going out for breakfast during my stay. Did not like that we could not turn up the volume on the tv. I'm hard of hearing, and with the heater running, I could not hear the tv, even it was turned up to 100.

Mi è piaciuto che la stanza fosse molto ampia, grande e spaziosa. Materasso e cuscini molto molto comodi. Comode anche le prese usb e usb-c che mi hanno permesso di ricaricare i miei dispositivi senza necessità di un adattatore USA.
La colazione non era compresa. C'era, all'interno dell'albergo, un bar Starbucks. Molto molto strano per un albergo a 4 stelle.

No luggage carts
When we arrived, there was quite a bit of broken glass near the elevators. Not tiny specks, but some big chunks. it was not removed for over two days. There was no real dining in the hotel. When there was an unknown man knocking on my door and I went to call the front desk, the phone did not work. I managed to call using my cell, and the front desk promised to send security. I am not sure if security ever came. The man eventually left.
2 staff members too busy on their cell phones. Room smelled like urine and no body wash in the shower bottles. Coffee pot didn't work. Floors and carpets were filthy when I reported it upon check out the lady looked at me like I was insane or a bum. $225.00 a night for a dirty room is ridiculous.
Bed
Kids jumping up and down on the floor upstairs and running in hall. Un english speaking cleaning people. Hard to get towels when you have to talk in their phone so they can translate.
