Great location for shopping and restaurants . Staff were friendly and helpful. The sales manager greeted us every morning at breakfast and was particularly helpful when we needed to stay an extra night due to incoming storm.

Very clean and the staff was excellent!
At times the buffet breakfast was a bit average or below, but all in all decent.
We chose the courtyard after my daughter and I stayed here years ago and had a great experience. We were not disappointed, the staff was SO friendly, our room was very clean, the bar, bistro and breakfast was great. Thank you for making our trip to Knoxville even better.
Not the hotel’s fault, but I did not get much sleep due to the noise from the highway. I would suggest a room facing the city to the west and not facing the highway. I wish I would have been made aware of the lack of soundproofing. Otherwise, everything else was great and I’d stay here again.
Definitely will return to visit this location. Friendly staff and cleanliness. Love the amenities such as the gym, breakfast and bistro. Suggestion for security at nighttime at check-in or card entry.
Great part of town.
The hotel is hard to locate when driving into Knoxville - the building isn't that visible and the entrance is on a minor side street and GPS tends to get confused (a desk clerk confirmed that others have had trouble trying to find it). And I'm still not sure how it's a co-property with Courtyard by Marriott. But once you're there, the location is just a block or two from Gay Street and lots of activity.
The room was nicely done and comfortable and very clean. Our ninth-floor room had a good view of parts of the city, although there is no sightline to the river. But I had consistent trouble with the HVAC controls, they didn't seem to obey the thermostat settings (maybe it was just me). There are two breakfast places, but the Residence Inn folks can card themselves into the free one.
The Bistro near the lobby was solid. Room was nice and quiet....no issues
Very close to civic center.
It was clean and comfortable
You had to pay $25 to park
