Cons:

The brunette girl at the front desk gestured to me like disgust and I didn’t even hide it. It seems that she didn’t like my perfume. I think she should look for another job that wasn’t serving the public

The man at the receptionist desk was not too friendly.When I told him that I had confirmed the night before that, I had a early check in.Because I just got off at work at six thirty in the morning.Although he still let me check in early.

I paid for a pool view, got the last corner room, couldn’t even see the pool, pillow case had a stain, furniture was not in order, bathroom door was so dirty and outside my room door was too, pieces of old pain all over 🤦‍♀️ I don’t think they should be changing 100 $ deposit for those room, btw it been almost a week and haven’t get my money back

There were only four channels to watch on the television and the elevator definitely needs to be serviced. The water pressure was horrible, almost non existent.

Great value nice room. Ac struggles during the heat of the day.

Staff very friendly. The value for the stay was great.

Cons:

There is a cracked sewer pipe or open sewer vent on bottom floor. I have been plumbing for years and I am certain that is the smell.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW
Pros:

The location was great.

Cons:

The front counter help desk, night shift, would never answer the phone. The police was called to the property two, sometimes three, times per night. The kind of guest that checks in there are high temperament people and drug use.

The mattreress, on the beds, are completely outdated, worn and needs replacing. The carpet has severe stains and the walls have duct tape covering the holes in it. Some of the doors even have duct tape to support their structure.

I MADE A TERRIBLE CHOICE IN CHOOSING THIS HOTEL...DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!
