The first room we were to sleep in had mold on the walls and smelled of mold. After requesting a different room, it did not have the odor or the mold on the walls

Perfect location if you wanna jump on 70 in the morning.
Pros:

The room was reasonably clean and everything I tried worked, although I didn't turn the tv on. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well enough.

Cons:

The location is adjacent to a high volume truck stop with diesel engines roaring 24 hours a day. Bring a white noise generator or sleep with earbuds in. The shower water was very soft, so rinsing soap and shampoo took forever. Breakfast was present but spartan.

Uncomfortable.
Pros:

Morning meal was what we expected.

Cons:

We requested 2 king beds, upon arrival they did not have what we requested. We had one king with a couch. I was with my son, so I took the couch which was uncomfortable.
