Pros:

Comfortable beds and extra pillows. Quiet and small. The hottub and pool were the perfect temperature and the hotel was very clean.

The pool

Cons:

I arrived at 5 desk clerk was not friendly. She was taking a personal call and asked me to have a seat while my confirmation came through, which I already had. I stood to show her my confirmation. I could tell this made her mad. She never smiled and did not great me. She then told my card did not go through, I believe she called security on me while I sat on my computer to see why my card would not go through. He walked in as I walked out? My daughter was in the hospital, this stay did not help our situation. Did not leave a negative review, although I should.

Overal all, very worth the money paid.
Pros:

The pool was warm just my style and the hot tub was excellent. The beds were very comfortable. For the money we paid, I say it was an amazing stay overall. The breakfast attendant was aware the whole time.

Cons:

You are not allowed to take the towels with you after swimming. The bathroom was very small with only a shower. The beds are full size "pay attention". Can hear everything in the hallway at night, door showed light through it.

Pros:

This hotel is great for the price. The staff is helpful and very friendly. Rooms slightly small but very comfortable and clean. Beds comfortable, and a nice shower. Great for us traveling with our dog. Having the Joplin 44 center a available next door is amazing for all your needs and fun to visit. Would definitely stay again.
