Nice except for the pull-out couch!!! BE AWARE!!!
Pros:

It was newly renovated so it’s very clean, plus it’s easy to get to Syracuse University.

Cons:

We booked a room with a king bed and a pull-out couch. The bed was wonderful, the pull-out couch bed was ABOMINABLE. Our guest had to sleep on the floor—which was more comfortable than the pull—out!!! There are so many companies that make comfortable pull-out couches, there is ABSOLUTELY NO NEED for this brand of couch in a newly renovated hotel!!!
If you’re traveling with a third person, DO NOT RELY on the pull-out for them to sleep on!!!! We had to leave our stay a night early because of it! So bummed.

I loved the location and how quiet it was

Cons:

Only one elevator worked and I wish they could have longer breakfast time because 6am - 9am seems criminal.

OK, close to airport which I wanted.
Pros:

Location was awkward - a little hard to get to - tucked hidden and behind a McDonalds - off of a roundabout.

Cons:

Room directly open to parking lot - felt unsafe for female solo traveler.

Everything was quite suitable.
Pros:

Breakfast was adequate with good selections.

Cons:

The Lake affect snow storm was the only draw back, but of course it couldn't be helped. Mother nature's fault.

This room was not inspected by management prior to guest.
Pros:

Breakfast was not good. Coffee was weak the eggs were very bad The young lady at the front desk did everything she could to get a handicap room.

Cons:

I ordered a handicap room when I got to the hotel there wasn’t a handicap room. The room I was given had marijuana on the floor between the two beds.
