Best Western Plus Augusta North Inn & Suites

While the rooms were clean and neat, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful, I was double charged for my room. This was not the first time this location has done this to me. I urge caution when visiting this location but as for me? I will not come again.

TV did not work in the first room,
Refrigerator filthy in the first room.
Was relocated into second, only one of two queen size bed was made up, after returning to room.

Its a catch fish for sure. As soon as you walk into the lobby it's nice and smells clean. When you step off the elevator your welcomed by dirty musty smell. Our first room as soon as we came in you could see it hadn't been cleaned. Hair all over the bathroom floor and ceiling. It was so dirty. I went back down and requested it be swept. They said it be easier to just switch rooms. Our new room was just as dirty. After a day we noticed the carpet was Saturated with water. There was a leak in the wall. Went down and told the staff. Maintenance came up and confirmed the issues. Again we pack up and move to another room. This room was just as dirty but at least the floor was dry. When we showered we discovered the shower didn't drain and filled with water. The air conditioner had an error on it and when I went to pull out the pull out bed on the couch I discovered there was no mattress. We literally couldn't wait to check out of this place. It's seriously filthy. The staff is really nice but that's all this hotel has going for it

The WiFi was very fast with no interruptions whatsoever I was honestly very happy about that so my week stay here was enjoyable

Clean rooms and good breakfast choices. Loved the coffee/tea options in the room. Regrettably the bed mattress was too soft as they appeared to be worn out!

Property was easy to locate. Very clean and noise free.

Staff was helpful, plenty of parking. Had a double bed room and both beds has hair on the sheets. The beds were made up but linens were clearly slept on and dirty. I always check the bedding at any hotel and more often than not, housekeeping just makes up the bed and only change certain linens. I went and got clean lines from the front desk staff and made the bed myself.

Lots of traffic noise as well due to location. Bed was comfortable, large refrigerator. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable

I did not reallize they accepted dogs, but the hotel rooms were still dirty and musty.

This property is in a great location and very clean

The bathroom shower curtains was dirty and nasty and moled

Only had ice on one floor. Other than that it was great for price.

Poorly maintained property with an undesirable demographic of guests.

For example, the guests next door were having a pizza party at 12 am and the whole 6th floor smelled like weed.

Sad state.

The front desk was too busy playing around to be helpful. Having charge something that would get them in trouble if not corrected, all the time laughing. Then I was informed that there would be an extra $25 if I wanted to stay. Who has time to book another hotel? I was not given a room number, and finally found out that it was on the 5th floor. The room had not been finished being cleaned. The 'House Cleaning Manager ' was appalled that it was not read. The luggage rack only had three legs, which he said would be replaced (never happened).
The staff was much nicer in the morning. "You never get a chance to make a first impression." Cleanliness and condition of the room were less than one would expect.

My room was nice and front desk lady was welcoming

Staff was helpful in getting us checked in a little early so we could get ready for a wedding!
