Baymont by Wyndham Michigan City

Room was dirty. The hot tub was really dirty and breakfast was subpar. Shelves in the room were broken. This place is not what was portrayed online. Very disappointing.

The whole place was run down. Staff at check in not friendly

Parking was easy with cameras. Staff helped recover my gf lost phone. Very happy with our service and stay! Breakfast was better than most places.

Good points Bed comfortable and easy location

No one came to change our bedding daily or give us clean towels at all we were there 3 nights. No clean towels exchange no clean bedding changed and no iron in the room, no phone in the room to call the front desk. The beds were not soft not comfortable and the blankets were so small not warm very thin.

The room was DISGUSTING! No lights in the bathroom, when i got them to work they flickered and were not bright (i have a video of them not working) There was RED AND BROWN STAINS all over my sheets. The night stand was broken and there were no outlets anywhere. Then our room key wouldnt let us back into our room when we left for breakfast and came back so we had to deal with that too. Literally so disgusting would never go again.

No available outlets near desk/table. The only available outlet was behind refrigerator had refrigerator, microwave and tv plugged into it. One of the chairs had a damaged leg. Loved not having to wait for water to heat up for shower.

Had a good experience definitely will he back.

ther was a terrible stench in our room of oldness and staleness almost unbearable

The gym equipment didn’t work. Needs to be upgraded to much going to 1 plug in the room which made the TV surge every time you opened or closed the microwave or fridge. The refrigerator froze everything. No shampoo in shower but that wasn’t a big deal. Over all cleanliness was great. Breakfast food was expired (yogurt)

Easy check in, friendly staff. Room was fine. Bed very comfortable. It was nice having a balcony. The room was quiet. I didn’t have time to enjoy the jacuzzi or pool but those are nice amenities. I appreciated having a microwave and fridge, since I had leftovers and was able to store them and heat them up. Nice to have coffee and yogurt in the morning.

It was dirty, and smelled bad. We had to get towels and they didn’t give us any wash cloths I had to get the winder from my car to clean the night stand they sticky stuff on both of them

Blood and mold in the bathroom

Loved the hot tub and the bed was awesome and very comfy very relaxing and close to anything you want to do

Holy Moly! This hotel at the price point was run by the most amazing family. They went over and above for us. Our bed was extremely comfortable, the hotel was sparkling vlean, and they even held breakfast over for us by an hour after hearing my husband was a diabetic but wasn't ready to come down!

If you are going outlet shopping,or just traveling through, as we were, on our trip from Nebraska to Michigan to see family and friends, I can't recommend Baymont Inn in Michigan City, Indiana enough!
