電話の故障、コ-ヒ-メ-カ-の水漏れ、金庫のボタンの反応の悪さ、建付けの雑さ、なぜ五つ星にホテルがなっているか理由が分からない。朝食バイキングのメニューの少なさ、毎朝ほとんど変わらないし、美味しくもない。部屋も広くもない。同じ金額を出すならば、アパ-トメントすれは良かったかも知れない。

Exactly what I needed, rest and relaxation and that's what I achieved.
Pros:

Close to everything, could just walk to restaurants and where you needed to go, will definitely stay here again. Bed was comfortable, pool was nice and was just about to get an upgrade so will be even better next time we go.

Loved the location. The room was very clean and the staff were fantastic. Special shout out to the breakfast crew, they did a wonderful job managing a very busy few days. Breakfast is pretty epic! So many options.

We went for our anniversary weekend and they treated us with a lovely surprise.

Had umbrellas available when it rained and the view is wonderful

Cons:

Was a shame the pool was unattended for a couple of days due to weather. A staff member should have been around for safely.

Location was perfect.
Pros:

Location was in walking distance of great restaurants. Close to snorkeling companies. Buffet breakfast was exceptional. Loved the juicing bar.
