アップグレード勧誘メールが唐突に届きました。
バスタブの部屋やレイトチェックアウトはアップグレードしたら叶いますよ、少ないお金を出して賭けてみなさい、ただし確約なしですからね。と受け取りました。バスタブとレイトチェックアウトについて、これ以上は聞けなくなりました。大変戸惑う対応です。
最初にホテルの温かさを感じたいチェックインの場所でエグゼクティブフロアのアップグレードがキャンセルされたことを伝えられ、まずがっかり感を味わいました。アップグレードの結果はネットで確認できるのですか。やり方を教えて下さい。今回は他のホテルも押さえていて24時間前にリリースしてヒルトンにしていました。
とても景色の良いお部屋でした。レイトチェックアウトは可能でしたので大変助かりました。最後に海に行き、部屋に帰ってシャワーを浴びたあと水着をパッキングして空港に迎えました。もしかすると脱水機はあったのかも、ですね。ありがとうございました。
The service was very good, the location was convenient
The cleaning was not the best one, the rooms were okay but it was not what i was expecting of hilton at all
We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Cairns. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amazing, and the views were beautiful. Our room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily come back again!
Sound deadening from local venues was good

The rooms were smelly like mouldy and the hotel staff wanted to deny or give us another room then agreed after we took them to the room to smell how bad it is.
Our room had a beautiful view of forest and water and a lovely terrace
We had executive lounge access which is excellent with lovely breakfast and evening snacks
Lots of hotels along the esplanade but we chose Hilton as always a great standard of hotel
Parking in hotel car park is $30 for 24 hours and you can come and go as you register through an app

Morning breakfast buffet & staffs were so lovely and made us feel so comfortable. (Greetings to all). Wedding reception how it was set up!
Very hard to park outside
Location is convenient
The hotel is very outdated, a renovation is much needed. The WiFi was not included, which we found very weird for a good hotel.
