Easy to get to and because we’re travelling thru everything we needed was in the area
Beds were super comfortable, very quiet as well, great place to stay if your looking for a great sleep
Did not like much. It was located a couple minutes from the university we were visiting with our daughter.
We checked in the later evening , and there was no parking left, that was because a U-haul took up 5 spots. The front staff at check in was not friendly . We ended up having to park in the employee parking lot. The room was right next to the door that got slammed shut many times early in the morning when people were going to the breakfast area. Bed was uncomfortable, and the room did not have a remote for the tv or a hairdryer. We asked for a hair dryer that night and no one could find one, even after being told staff checked the empty rooms. First thing in the morning. I called the front desk and she brought one within 5 minutes! A gal at the desk upon checkout was the nicest one. Just not a pleasant experience.
The front desk staff, Jesse, was extremely helpful, polite, professional, and knowledgeable.
The jets in the hot tub were not working and I had called previously to confirm they functional.
